I purchased premium today, there is a bug where the subscription was assigned to a different account to the one I was logged in as. This is the second time it has happened. I need live support to fix it.

Have you tried clicking it yourself? It's say Phone, Chat, Email24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no phone number, no chat and no email.

There is no link to live support at that address, I'm just following links around and around in loops. Please send me the link to live support chat.

If you're using it with S3 then it doesn't "avoid incurring data fees from other Services" since you're paying between 0.01-0.02c/GB in 'Data Transfer OUT From Amazon S3'
