Monument Mining Buyback Proposal: $MMY.V $MMTMF
A comparison of investing cash into Monument's own shares versus building a new mine in Australia or buying another producer. This is the bottom-line chart. The complete report is attached. A path to a 40-bagger is feasible. cdn-ceo-ca.s3.amazonaws.com/….

$SBM.AX 😍 75cps cash + 25cps royalty + franking + XXcps on Nova Scotia (which could be upward of A$1.50/sh pending permitting outcome).. 🔥🔥
BOOM. A key risk to these "cash boxes" is mgmt blowing the cash on something stupid and empire building. This is not the case here.. mgmt is actively trying to monetise Assets and maximise shareholder returns... $SBM.AX

$AGLD.v $AGD.ax Austral Gold just filed some impressive HY26 results
Currently around ~2.3x annualised P/E (based on H1) with only $1.7M net debt.
🪙Production: nearly doubled to 11,648 GEO (HY25: 5,996 GEO), reflecting the restart of Casposo alongside Guanaco.
🪙Profitability: revenue of US$66.6 million (≈3x HY25) delivered gross profit of US$33.3 million (50% margin) and net profit after tax of US$15.5 million (23% margin), a turnaround from a net loss in HY25.
🪙Liquidity: cash & cash equivalents rose to US$20.3 million (31 Dec 2025: US$10.5 million) while total financial debt was reduced to US$22.0 million (31 Dec 2025: US$26.6 million); net financial debt fell to US$1.7 million (31 Dec 2025: US$16.0 million) and net assets increased to US$50.6 million.
🪙Technical Report (subsequent to period end): an updated NI 43-101 Technical Report extended Guanaco's life of mine to 14 years with an after-tax NPV of US$192.1 million (10% discount; US$3,135/oz).1
The junior gold/silver producer I’m most bullish on (and max long) is Austral Gold $AGLD.v $AGD.ax. Production guidance of 27-33k GEO for an EV of $71M. Multiple operations, aligned influential insiders and on-going exploration.
Operations:
Guanaco (Chile) Producing operation FY26 Guidance 15,000-17,000 AuEq Oz. 14-year mine life and $192M after-tax NPV (10% discount rate) using LOM average prices of US$3,135/oz gold and US$42/oz silver (I think it’s fair to say this is conservative). All-in Sustaining Cost (AISC) of US$2,114/oz AuEq and Operating Cost (C1) of US$1,978/oz AuEq. Low LOM CAPEX & closure costs. Regional exploration gives potential for further LOM extensions.
Casposo mine San Juan Province, Argentina. Refurbished in 2024 with operations restarting in Oct 2025. Brownfield + Greenfield exploration programs ongoing. Toll processing of Challenger Gold's Hualilan ore ($CEL.ax), this improves utilisation, reducing AISC, could also be a tell on future M&A.
Exploration
Juncal Silver-Gold Project in Chile, near the Amancaya and Guanaco Mines. Exploration on-going with Q4 2026 drilling campaign. Key highlights include:
Javiera vein: ~1,400 m of strike; length-weighted average grade of 183 g/t AgEq over 0.7 m (25 channels) for 128 g/t·m AgEq
Sofia vein: ~500 m of strike; length-weighted average grade of 68 g/t AgEq over 1.8 m (15 channels) for 122 g/t·m AgEq
Koda vein: ~500 m of strike; length-weighted average grade of 71 g/t AgEq over 1.8 m (7 channels) for 128 g/t·m AgEq
Strong balance sheet with Net debt $1.7M, $20M Cash+Cash Equivalents. Very likely net cash by now.
15.7 million shares in ASX-listed $USL.ax, valued at US$9.8 million (last close).
Prominent/influential and aligned chair with an extremely impressive CV. Elsztain Group owns 74.3%.

Imagine being able to buy a producing miner with:
- 3X upside
- 10X leverage
- 15 year mine life
- 20% silver
- 80% gold
- 70% insider ownership
- PE of 4
- No CAPEX
- Fully financed

AI is still in its early adoption phase, which creates an unique edge for those who know how to use it. AI and tools created with it will provide you with findings, but do the deep work on connecting the dots yourself. This may well be the best time ever to be a microcap investor

This is NOT how a sitting US Senator should message on the 4th of July.
Happy Fourth of July!
Today is also the 47th anniversary of the daring Entebbe raid. I was only 5 at the time, but I remember being inspired by the amazing courage of the @IDF team that rescued the hostages & killed the terrorists.
I thought, “that’s a very Texan foreign policy.”

I believe we should ignore macro and focus on geopolitical issues first. China and satellites must sell US treasuries. This trend began in 2018 and will likely continue until all treasuries are sold (which might take ~7 years). I believe we are still in a gold bull market now.
