Two of my favourite content creators (and mentor) @JackRhysider and @thecybermentor, amongst others, needed to take well deserved, and required, mental and physical health breaks recently. We all do. To err is human. But to require healing is human, too.
I felt so fortunate to be able to meet @thecybermentor in person at @defcon this year and thank him in person. As well as @_JohnHammond. I kept missing @JackRhysider - but take the opportunity to thank your friend, family, and/or colleague today for being there.

Well, Airbnb contacted the property owner anyway, which was clearly against our wishes. He issued a refund. We have reached out to ask if he has access to insurance reimbursement, and if not to ask where he prefers we donate the money.
I remain not super impressed, @airbnb.
