I don’t think people understand how brutal and shockingly horrible this result is for Republicans.
They are so far behind now in Senate and House that they don’t even have a chance at majority until 2033.
What an epic distaste this Iran War (among other broken promises) has resulted.
I don’t know who needs to hear this but if you believe Democrats will make life affordable for you then I have a bridge to sell you.

You're going to see all sorts of big-brained takes from politco dorks about tonight for the next several weeks, but it's very simple: we started another pointless war with Iran on behalf of Israel, the economy in unbearable for normal people, there have been no mass deportations + Walmart still look like Mumbai, and the GOP ran a bunch of minorities and women instead of White men. This isn't rocket science.
If Republicans lose Senate and/or House today, you will see more honest speak from Rs.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis:
Some of these Republicans are saying, "Oh, well, the gas, don't worry. It's no big deal." Or they're trying to blame Biden.
No, no. Listen, we've just got to be honest. Gas is higher. It hurts people, working-class people, and it's higher because of the Iran conflict.
That's just the fact. If you can't admit that to voters, then you're gaslighting them, and they're not going to listen to you on other things.
The only sane voice left in Republican Party

Ever realize no one ever says “DINO” (Democrats In Name Only) but so many say “RINO” (Republicans In Name Only).
This tells you that Republican Party is the committed to being a traitor to its people.

Writing this in my personal capacity, but I have been flying these types of aircraft for more than 20 years, with over 8,000 hours, and have reasonable familiarity with how the charter world operates. I feel compelled to post after seeing commentary about the Lear 60 crash, from missile strikes to DEI to critiquing this poor woman’s final radio calls.
That last part is what I find most troubling. She was the second-in-command (SIC), and while she was empowered to point out mistakes as part of good crew resource management, she was doing her job, communicating with ATC right to the end in a terrifying situation. She likely knew before many of those calls that she was going to die. I have heard final calls from friends, from military pilots with thousands of hours in fighter aircraft, and they are just as heartbreaking because they know the end is approaching.
I understand the public interest given the footage and audio. But you do not know the aircraft’s maintenance history, whether there was a structural failure, if any failure was induced by turbulence, overspeed, or overcontrol, or everything happening in that cockpit. I am sure weather will be part of the investigation, but beyond that, it is speculation. The charter industry routinely hires commercial pilots very early in their careers to gain experience alongside an ATP-qualified captain before they move up to the airlines. She would still have the appropriate training, qualifications, and checkouts by an FAA examiner or designee.
Let people investigate, learn, and share the facts. Be respectful to those who perished and the families who carry their memories. God bless them and their loved ones.

Healthcare insurance is a scam and the biggest driver of America's affordability crisis.
Whoever solves this will forever be remembered as the greatest.
Something tells me this will be a very big company one day and a serious blow to the healthcare insurance scam.
Will revisit in 10 years.

Now might be a very good time to come out and reduce interest rates by 1% to save this market. SOS: @realDonaldTrump
