Hey @united I’m interested in doing a status challenge to move my delta Platinum status over to you now that I live in SFO. But I’m nervous to do all the requirements in just 120 days. Are there any other options? Get a credit card? Etc?
I have email proof of my seats!!! I’m platinum medallion and the lady on the phone says “well it’s all based on status” … I’ve always like their customer service until today.
Never will I trust @Wayfair ever again! They lied on the product descriptions, delivered me a used a damaged product labeled as “new” then had the worst customer experience giving them the change to fix their wrong, and they FAILED!

Not sure why but my @SlackHQ hates my home internet? The desktop app won’t work without freezing on my Mac, the website won’t even load and to get it to work on my iPhone I have to turn OFF my WiFi! What happened? lol help

Whyyyyyy @Delta? This is a 10.5 hr flight and a workday. This is 2024 get it together, half my flights lately don’t have working WiFi. Considering you made status harder, I think it’s time to switch.

It doesn’t happen often but when @DoorDash does screw up they go HARD! My dasher tonight basically hijacked my order to do whatever he wanted to do… I ordered 2 hrs ago (still not here) + they offer $5.33 as a sorry? WTF.
I think it’s official that @Samsung has the worst customer service. The microwave under warranty has sparked and caused a risk of fire and their “specialty claims” department fails to do anything. This is a nightmare - AVOID!
Another proof that our country isn’t ready for electric cars (sadly). I rented a Kia EV6 from @Hertz and they still charged me a refueling fee 🤦🏼♂️
