It's real. I know business owners there. And this devastating style of governance continues almost unchecked across the country. It's a zombie march without thought or reality testing.
Around half of Seattle businesses report that are considering moving or shrinking, blaming a business environment that they say is getting worse and don’t believe it looks like it will get better, according to a survey from the Downtown Seattle Association and Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. kiro7.com/news/local/survey-…

.@GovPritzker, let’s look at Hyatt, the hotel company your family controls. In the second quarter of 2026, average daily rates at comparable U.S. Hyatt hotels rose 5.7% from a year earlier (to $228.28). Hyatt’s adjusted net income increased from $66 million to $108 million. How much of Hyatt’s price increase do you attribute to “failed leadership in Washington,” and how much to the company’s own pricing decisions? You’re willing to explain why everybody else’s prices went up. Explain your family’s hotel business. (Source: Hyatt Hotels Corp. Q2 2026 earnings release, July 30, 2026)
Parents are working hard to make sure their kids have the support they need, but families are being squeezed by inflation driven by failed leadership in Washington. In Illinois, they saved $11.4 million with our back-to-school sales tax holiday. decaturradio.com/2026/10/27/…

There isn’t a single idea California Democrats have that doesn’t start with making life in the state worse and more expensive
A mileage tax in California? Xavier Becerra says he would consider it, "everything should be on the table" to maintain roads and bridges. "Do I want to tax people more than necessary? No.. Should people who drive EVs who don't need gas pay for those roads? Absolutely."

Midnight over the North Atlantic, chasing the edge of the world. Picture this: You're strapped into the left seat of a heavy jet, engines humming their deep, endless lullaby at 39,000 feet. Outside the cockpit windows, it's pure velvet blackness—inky ocean below, stars so sharp they could cut glass above. When you catch a glimpse of the sea, it’s violently churning and you know you could never survive a ditching in that. The North Atlantic at night feels like flying through God's own inkwell. No cities. No ships. Just you, your crew, and the quiet roar of 300 souls trusting you to keep the metal tube steady. Then it happens. The horizon starts to betray you. A faint, electric indigo bleeds into the east, slowly turning to molten rose, then furious tangerine. You’ve been flying west-to-east, chasing the dawn like it owes you money. And suddenly—BOOM! The sun cracks the rim of the planet like a golden sledgehammer. It doesn’t rise gently. It *attacks*. Rays slice straight through the windshield, turning every droplet on the glass into a thousand tiny lasers aimed directly at your eyeballs. Your Ray-Bans are somewhere in your flight bag, useless now. You’re squinting, half-blinded, tears streaming while the whole sky explodes in violent pinks, fiery oranges, and that impossible, heart-stopping blue that only exists at 40,000 feet. For a few glorious, painful minutes, you’re not just a pilot—you’re Icarus who actually made it, bathing in liquid sunrise while the Atlantic sparkles 7 miles below like scattered diamonds. The fatigue melts. The night vanishes. And for one brief, brilliant moment, the entire planet feels like it’s waking up just for you. Then you reach up, yank the sun visor down, and mutter the sacred pilot prayer: “Coffee. Now!” #NorthAtlantic #SunriseFromTheFlightDeck #AviationLife #CockpitViews

Notice how the headlines work. A Toyota crashes: "Driver injured in crash." A Ford crashes: "Two cars collide on highway." A BMW crashes: "Accident on Route 1." A Tesla crashes: "TESLA crashes." Not the driver. Not "a car." The brand, in the headline, every single time. Millions of crashes happen on the roads every year, and almost none come with a brand name. But when it's a Tesla, legacy media suddenly cares which car it was. Meanwhile, Tesla publishes its own safety data every quarter. With Autopilot engaged, Teslas go far more miles between crashes than the US average. That's not journalism. That's a campaign. The cars keep getting safer. The headlines just keep getting louder.

Oh, look, Xavier Becerra thinks you're not paying enough in taxes. Go get your friends out of their stupor and drag them to the polls to vote for Steve Hilton for governor. Find a polling place: caearlyvoting.sos.ca.gov

'This was all part of a coordinated effort by Democrats dating back to last year. They wanted to stack the Senate ballot in Mary Peltola's favor.' 🚨🚨🚨 INSANE: Minnesota just charged James O’Keefe and Cam Higby with felony unlawful voting and identity theft. They never voted. They never signed an oath. They never received ballots. They simply walked into Minneapolis polling places, gave real registered voters’ names, and filmed how easy Minnesota’s “vouching” system makes it to impersonate someone. Hennepin County’s progressive DA is more interested in prosecuting the people who exposed the loophole than the people who actually abuse it. @JamesOKeefeIII @camhigby

Hey @GavinNewsom It’s not a “power grab” for @SteveHiltonx to replace you as Governor. It’s called an ELECTION. You know, where people VOTE. The REAL power grab is the Democrat/DSA Supermajority YOU created in California through mail in ballots, homeless voting, gerrymandering, and anything else you could think up.
