The “security forces” of the new Syrian regime are kidnapping and murdering people. There are lots of gruesome execution videos being uploaded to social media at the moment. In this video, they are shown forcing Alawites to crawl on all fours and bark like dogs, and are shooting them They are taking revenge on their opponents. Just last week, EU sanctions were lifted on Syria “to support an inclusive political transition”. Can we expect a swift response from the UN human rights organisations? Or does that only happen when Israel defends itself? This looks just like the ISIS, Hamas, Al-Qaeda agenda: brutality carried out with a religious ideological motive.
