Much of what we presented today did not exist a year ago. Today, there is a ceasefire, the hostages are home, a Palestinian technocratic government is ready, a security and demilitarization framework has been developed, and 66 projects are ready to begin rebuilding Gaza and improving people’s lives.
Grateful to our partners across the region, and to the incredible team that has worked tirelessly to transform these plans into reality.
President Trump challenged us to break the old cycle and build something different. We have made real progress. Now we will move forward to the next phase.

⭕️ REPORT: Compounds housing at least five Israeli-backed Palestinian militias in areas under Israeli military control across Gaza have been upgraded and expanded in size and sophistication since the so-called ceasefire went into effect nearly a year ago, according to a preliminary analysis by Forensic Architecture published by Drop Site News.
🔸 Many of the upgrades resemble Israeli military infrastructure, including berms, barracks, fences, and buildings.
🔸 Four of the five compounds are located very close to the “yellow line,” and all are close to Israeli military bases.
🔸 Militia members have relative freedom of movement and privileged access to resources, including weapons, and have carried out armed raids and attacks on Palestinians near the yellow line in coordination with the Israeli military.
🔸 One compound in East Rafah includes new shops, classrooms, and a playground accessible only to militia members and their families.
🔸 The construction comes as Israel has not allowed reconstruction materials and equipment into Gaza over the past year, leaving hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in dilapidated tent encampments or damaged buildings at risk of collapse.

The new Gaza plan includes digital IDs, digital payments, 4G communications, electronic health and education systems, a technology park, an investment fund and an entirely new security architecture.
So who owns the Palestinian data?
Who controls the digital identity system?
Who can freeze or deny a payment?
Who controls the communications network?
Who decides who enters and leaves?
Who selects the companies building all of this?
And what happens when a Palestinian wants to challenge those decisions?

He needs to talk about Gaza migration to Arab countries like Jordan-Palestine or Egypt-Palestine or Saudi Arabia-Palestine.
