"Sell United and f*k off home" sing MUFC fans, the only good thing about the club right now.
And it's right. The Glazers have made their money many times over for 21 years. Fans never wanted it and that takeover should never have been allowed. Do the right thing: sell up and go.

Well that's us bang to rights then...
And to the Manchester United fans.
You could not call out your owners who extracted money and have put your club in perpetual debt. You stayed mute on wasted transfer windows and a leaking stadium. You ignored the deeper structural and organisational issues at your club.
But you erupt when Manchester City fans choose loyalty to owners in the wake of 115 stories. Owners that poured investment into the club and the local area and gave supporters the finest era of their lives.
The hypocrisy of football fans.

This article by @OllieHolt22 is just wonderful and probably the only thing we need to read this weekend.
I watched every @itvcorrie episode between 1978 and 1983 because I developed an addiction (to the show). So yes, I very much remember Emily Bishop. Never knew she was your mother, Ollie — and wish her well. She sounds like such a loving mum.
As for those antique Corrie scripts, please let them never go near a skip. If I had one I would frame the pages to decorate a whole room.

“West Ham-Millwall has become part of the entertainment industry. The media needs to create pantomime. And this storyline is the most basic narrative of all: it’s family, it’s brothers fighting each other, it’s Cain and Abel. It’s biblical.”
@jimw1 speaks to fans on both sides of the divide before the 100th match of a rivalry that has dripped with bile and rancour for more than a century ⬇️

Superb book
Many times you'd ask @OllieHolt22 where he was and he'd say Grimsby or Fleetwood or Newport County as he worked his way round all 92 Football League grounds.
Here's his wonderful account of a tour that took more than 50 years.
