This is a complex legal matter, but we want to make one thing clear: Sellix is a legally registered platform that has always operated in full compliance with regulations. We’ve always worked to prevent illegal activity on our platform, and we fully cooperated with authorities in their investigation. While we are disappointed and surprised by how things have unfolded, we want to reassure you that Sellix remains committed to supporting its users and defending the values we’ve built this platform on. Although this situation has caused some temporary disruption, we will work hard with our lawyers to resolve the matter and bring the platform back online. It may take some time, as we need to follow legal procedures, and as always, we do not want to operate outside the law. We’ve set up a guide on how to navigate the situation, and we strongly encourage you to join our Telegram channel at t.me/SellixHQ to stay updated on all official news and developments as we move forward. In the channel we will mention non-custodial users, Stripe merchants, old-system users and the timelines to have funds availabale where/if blocked.
