This is some of the phenomenal work people are doing to bring the story of DCVax /NWBO to cancer patients and regulators. Well done DR. C !
$NWBO #DCVax #DCVaxForBraelyn #RareDisease #RareCancer #Immunotherapy #PatientAdvocacy #CancerResearch 🧬 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗖𝗩𝗮𝘅 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗗𝗔. A 21-page proposal with 52 cited sources, filed to the public docket for FDA’s 𝗥𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 and sent to the Rare Disease Innovation Hub with a one-page summary. Both are in the images. My advocacy is specific: 𝗗𝗖𝗩𝗮𝘅-𝗟 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗖𝗩𝗮𝘅-𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁, beginning with rare cancers. I submitted this in my personal capacity as a physician and patient advocate. I am not affiliated with Northwest Biotherapeutics and do not speak for the company. The ask: one published development example connecting three plans, the evidence, the tissue and manufacturing, and the patient’s route to care, so that a patient can begin treatment 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗲 𝗶𝘁. I asked FDA to name a coordinating office, publish a workplan within 90 days of the comment period closing, and include patients before key decisions are fixed. One distinction runs through the whole proposal: more analyses of the same patients are not independent evidence. FDA is inviting patients and advocates to shape this framework now, while it is still being designed. Behind every question about evidence, tissue or access is a family trying to keep someone alive. 𝗥𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲. 𝗜𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲. 📄 Docket: FDA-2026-N-12214 ✅ Comment tracking: mvt-lzyl-zjmn 🔗 drive.google.com/file/d/1qvB…

Say the words, Mike #DCVax $NWBO. With it comes a dedicated group of investors and patient advocates. We're behind you on this Mike.
Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the FDA’s Rare Disease Framework Initiative public meeting. I had brain surgery for recurrent Glioblastoma (GBM) just a few weeks ago, but I flew to Maryland for this meeting because this new framework has the potential to change the future of GBM. I’ve fought this disease for 4.5 years, using every tool available. But my best chance now, at recurrence, is a treatment that is currently only accessible in the UK, a personalized cancer vaccine called DCVaxL. I made sure to freeze my tumor tissue specifically so I could have a chance at getting this vaccine. I should find out within the next week or two whether my tissue sample is adequate for vaccine manufacturing. More details to come. @HollensbeAmanda @LoriMills4CA42 @andrewcaravello @intrstedobservr

Billionaires in California are spending $333 million to wage a war. Against what? Homelessness? No. Cancer? No. Child poverty? No. They’re waging war against a 5% billionaire wealth tax. They’d rather poor kids with cancer die than pay a little more in taxes. That is obscene.

She didn’t leave a top DC facility for stock options at 16 cents and a prayer. She left because she understands the science, knows the treatment works, and decided the real story wasn’t the one trading on the ticker. Some people wait for the announcement. Joanna hopped onto the rocket. Awkward for the ‘it’s all smoke’ crowd.

The little stock that could $NWBO. Big pharma doesn't want #DCVax to succeed. If it can beat #cancer, it can beat #bigPharma.
We initially did try ivermectin and Mebendazole as fenbendazole doesn’t cross the BBB. We did metformin, CBD, all kinds of supplements and off-label drugs, hyperbaric oxygen, in addition to alternative treatments. Ultimately, her tumor grew back very aggressively. We stopped all of those treatments. After three injections of DCvax-L by $NWBO she now has a clean MRI with no evidence of disease.

$NWBO the story is being told. Hopefully more families will have access to treatments without having to leave the country. Thanks @HollensbeAmanda @HollensbeBrae
🚨🇺🇸 BRAELYN’S STORY JUST MADE FOX BUSINESS! 🇺🇸🚨 What an incredible moment for our family! Today on Varney & Co., Stuart Varney brought up Steve Moore’s recent Rasmussen Reports article about Braelyn and the barriers seriously ill Americans face in accessing promising experimental treatments! Steve shared Braelyn’s story and called out the FDA, saying it’s CRUEL to withhold promising investigational treatments from desperately ill patients. Varney agreed, arguing that patients facing terminal illnesses should have the freedom to accept the risks of experimental treatments without liability concerns preventing companies from providing them. Then Steve asked a powerful question: “Whatever happened to my body, my choice?” He also pointed out that President Trump supports Right to Try, yet significant barriers remain between patients and the treatments they desperately need. THIS is the conversation we’ve been fighting to bring into the national spotlight! Our 19-year-old daughter is attending college, and her latest MRI shows no evidence of cancer recurrence. Yet we still have to travel to ENGLAND for her ongoing DCVax-L treatments—developed right here in AMERICA! We are so incredibly grateful to Steve Moore and Stuart Varney for bringing attention to Braelyn’s story and, more importantly, to the countless patients who deserve a fighting chance. Patients facing life-threatening illnesses shouldn’t have to fight their own government for the opportunity to fight for their lives. PLEASE WATCH AND SHARE! ❤️🙏 @realDonaldTrump @DrOzCMS @SecKennedy #DCVaxForBraelyn #RightToTry #DCVax #BraelynsFight $NWBO

My "someone" is my daughter. She is the mother of 2 boys, 1 yr and 3yrs old. The logistics and finances it would take to get her to the UK are nearly insurmountable. Please. I don't want to lose my precious daughter when she should have access to DCVax through Right to Try right here in the US. @POTUS @RobertKennedyJr $NWBO

$MRNA #Intismeran had 6 deaths vs 0 in placebo. Moderna investigators "claim" none related to their drug. The statistical chances are less than 10%. Given they refuse to reveal deaths' details, I would say the chances of that being true are 0. Stock should open Monday at $50.

Ran 8 miles today for Braelyn Hollensbe. A cutting-edge treatment changed my cancer journey. Nov 8 I'm running the Pittsburgh 10 Miler for her. She's cancer-free on scans after DCVax-L, which she flies to London for. Next treatment is Nov 6. Help close the gap! #DCVaxForBraelyn

❤️ BRAELYN’S NOVEMBER TREATMENT FUNDRAISER — FULL FINANCIAL UPDATE ❤️ First, THANK YOU to every single person who has donated, shared our story, prayed for Braelyn, or helped us in any way. Your kindness and generosity mean more than words can express. As many of you know, Braelyn was diagnosed with an aggressive, grade 4 brain tumor at just 16 years old. Today, at 19, she is in college and her most recent MRIs show NO EVIDENCE OF CANCER! 🙏❤️ She is receiving DCVax-L, a personalized cancer vaccine developed here in America, but we must travel to London for her treatments because it is not yet available to her in the United States. Her next treatment is November 6, and the cost is approximately $30,600. I want to provide a complete breakdown of our November funding because honesty, transparency, and accountability to everyone who supports Braelyn are extremely important to me. 📊 FINANCIAL UPDATE — OCTOBER 22, 2026 NOVEMBER TREATMENT COST: $30,600 Here is where every dollar currently accounted for stands: 🏦 $20,806.87 — Balance in our dedicated cancer treatment bank account. This includes donations previously transferred from GoFundMe and GiveSendGo, as well as private donations already deposited. ❤️ $865.00 — GiveSendGo donations still held by the platform and not yet transferred to our account. ❤️ $688.34 — GoFundMe donations still processing and not yet transferred. ❤️ $500.00 — Private donation received by check but not yet deposited. TOTAL FUNDS ACCOUNTED FOR: $22,860.21 🎯 STILL NEEDED FOR NOVEMBER 6: $7,739.79 I also want to clarify something about the totals displayed on our fundraising platforms. Both GoFundMe and GiveSendGo show cumulative donations, including money raised for earlier treatments. Those totals are NOT the same as the amount currently available for November. Some of those funds have already been used for previous cancer treatments, and other donations have been transferred into our dedicated treatment account. We count each donation only ONCE, regardless of whether it is still processing, sitting on a fundraising platform, or already deposited in the bank. Our fundraising figures sometimes change quickly as new donations arrive and transfers are processed. I will continue updating everyone as accurately as possible. We are now approximately 75% of the way toward funding Braelyn’s November treatment! ❤️ Just $7,739.79 to go! ❤️ Every donation, regardless of size, brings us closer to getting Braelyn to London for her next DCVax treatment. Our family has been fighting for Braelyn’s hope and future for more than three years. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who continues standing beside her. Please consider donating or sharing this post. Even a repost can help us reach someone who might be able to help. 🙏 Thank you for loving our girl and helping us keep her treatment going! 🔗 DONATE HERE: gofundme.com/f/help-braelyn-… #DCVaxForBraelyn #BrainCancerAwareness
