For Palestinian workers, olive trees are jobs, income, history and dignity. In the occupied West Bank, ITUC General Secretary Luc Triangle met Ahmad, a Palestinian olive farmer. Ahmad described repeated attacks by Israeli settlers, including the theft of his tractor and physical violence.
