- Antenna (20x5mm) mounted through hole on top side
- Radio is 50ohm
- PI network next to antenna (0805, I know)
- Coplanar waveguide with ground: 1.277mm trace (2 layer) with 0.25mm gap to ground
- Keep-out is 15mm radius
- U.FL for tuning, do-not-populate on final board

So much more convenient to order custom 3D printed project cases from @JLCPCB and receive them sandblasted in perfect condition than to fiddle around with my own 3D printer. They even packaged the matching top and bottom pieces together, neat. For ~3€ per case totally worth it.
