I cannot believe how homeowners think renters (who never get to arrive at their rentals) should still have to pay. WTF? @Airbnb needs to do the right thing here and refund renters! I see a class action coming #AirbnbrefundNOW

Fuck this! You keep our money so you can pay the hosts???!!!
Wow, great to know that @Airbnb can find $250 million to give landlords but they refuse to give ANY refund on the month-long booking I had to cancel 6 days in due to #COVID2019. But my host gets to keep all my money and request even more from Airbnb. #airbnbshame #AirbnbrefundNOW
Will never book with @Airbnb for business travel again. Conference cancelled and can only get 50% refund. Horrible way to treat customers in this unfortunate circumstance. #AirbnbrefundNOW
