Great decisions are made by very confident people who have a ton of belief in themselves, followed only by more belief in something bigger than themselves.

One of the easiest things to do in sports is to give in to fatigue and one of the hardest things to do is to fight through it. Wining never has and never will be easy. #Ap2w

Quick observation: I watch a lot of MLB. The contending teams' hitters are increasingly worrying less about launch angle, are beating the shift, and striking out less as the races heat up. Becoming tough outs. Fun to watch! The game is the same game in spite of social media gurus!

Walks are good. It is better to walk than chase. Refine your strike zone. An area that most don’t spend enough quality time on.

The older I get, and I’m only 40, the more I am convinced that the key to success in life spiritually and otherwise is directly related to a person’s ability to be consistent with their daily routines that produce positive outcomes.

730AM and already crossed 2 dudes off my recruiting list based on their pregame routine & overall lackadaisical nature. Can't just "turn it on" when the game starts... – at Woodbury, MN

Anyone can give you the right answer about good leadership and teamwork in an air conditioned classroom, but you don’t actually grow as a leader or teammate until you get outside your comfort zone. #OneMore

The Japanese soccer team just left their locker room looking spotless with a thank you note even after losing a World Cup match yesterday. No one is too good to sweep the sheds or clean up after yourself! Culture begins with how you act when no one is looking! #culturize #legacy

At the very least, your teammates should probably consider you a bit “weird” if you’re truly giving it your all. Max Scherzer, Clayton Kershaw, Corey Kluber, Nolan Ryan, Roger Clemens, etc aren’t known for having normal routines, mindsets or work ethics.
