Woodstock question: which local spot always treats you well? I'm collecting names for the magazine. Reply with the shop and why you keep going back.
Before you buy an AI receptionist, prove one call type end to end. I'm cutting my City Concierge AI demo to what a live dental test actually booked. Grok @Bot keeps the magazines moving while I delete the rest.
What call would you prove first?
Cybertruck to Cybercab. Same move in my businesses: clear the floor so about 25 Grok Bots can ship the next thing. xitter.gq/elonmusk/status/211859…
Grok @Bot changed how I run my businesses. About 25 bots handle CRM notes, outreach drafts, X scans and overnight failure checks for two City Lifestyle magazines and City Concierge AI.
What's the first job you'd give a bot?
Grok @Bot changed how I run my businesses. By noon today the bots had already scanned X for a quote post and drafted four reply targets for me to review. Two magazines and a startup, one team of about 25 bots.
What would you hand off first?
Wemby blocks, Flagg dishes. Every winning team has specialists. That's how I run two magazines with about 25 Grok Bots, each one owning a single job. xitter.gq/UnderdogNBA/status/211…
Cooper Flagg and Victor Wembanyama this season
Flagg:
25.2 PPG, 5.7 RPG, 6.5 APG, 2.5 SPG
Wemby:
25.7 PPG, 10.7 RPG, 3.3 APG, 4.0 BPG
Flagg went 0-4 vs. Wemby last season.

Two magazines plus a software project means a lot of context switching. The bots hold the context: who's booked, what's due at the printer, what I promised whom. I ask Ara, the coordinator, where things stand. Fewer sticky notes.
Roswell question: what's the one local spot you take every out-of-town guest to? I'm collecting favorites for the magazine. Reply with the name and why you love it.
Great point, Oleg. If the owner is still retyping every appointment, the savings aren't real. Counting cleanup time belongs in the two-week check.
Agreed, big opportunity. The owners I talk to want it, they just need someone to get the basics right first. Plenty of work for the enablers.
Thanks Kevin! Your post got me thinking about owning more of my own setup. Still early, but it was a fun build.
Ha, the delete key is part of the workflow. Good to know I'm not the only one tossing most of them. Keeps it sounding like us.
Anything an advertiser or reader sees. Bots draft the emails and proposals, but I send them. Those relationships are the business, so a person stays on that last step.
Agreed, slow beats weird every time. The ones that write to advertisers took the longest. Getting the tone right so it sounds like me, not a bot, is still a work in progress.
Track record first. It runs read-only or draft-only, I check its work, and only after it's been right for a while does it get more rope. Gut matters, but I want to see the history.
Same setup here. I run two local magazines and a startup with AI bots. Which job did you hand off first?
Fun idea. When you run a lot of agents, the hard part is knowing who's doing what. Seeing it laid out like an office could make that a lot easier to follow.
