I don't know if this will help anyone else but if it helps even just one person stay encouraged I'd like to share my way of thinking too!! I always tell myself that streaming comes in waves, good and bad! My current good wave is better than my last good wave, and my current bad wave is still better than the one before it, and even if the numbers aren't better, so long I give it my all, someday they will be. Don't get me wrong, I still definitely feel sad sometimes, so something else I like to do is keep a 'happy' folder and anytime someone writes a message that means a lot to me, maybe I had a high viewage stream, or maybe I just had a really fun stream or someone said something really funny, I write that down and save it in a private discord. Then anytime I feel sad or discouraged I'll look at my happy folder to see how far I've come. I'm sure there's more refined or better ways to stay encouraged, but these are what always help me! I also want to remind everyone that numbers don't mean everything, what's most important is that you enjoy what you do, but that's easier said than done. So just do your best! It's all you can do and if someone expects more than that, that's inhuman. Hang in there every spore 🍄♥️
