with late money and it looks like the electorate at least if early voting is predictive at all is going to be more Democratic and Black. 2/2

Florida was one of the states that swung hardest in 2024 and is made of a lot of the type of voters who are swinging hardest against Trump and Republicans. NYT poll basically showing the same margin as 2020 but worth noting Jolly & Nixon has a lot of room for definition 1/2

WOW, an update was just published on the number of requested mail ballots and now Ds have FLIPPED the FL mail return rate advantage by a full point!

In addition to the NYT/Siena poll this morning, we now have another St Pete Polls that shows Donalds only leading by 2 with an R+12 electorate. Barring some MAJOR upset in the turnout over these next few days, I feel comfortable saying Jolly is slightly favored right now
Final @StPetePolls: @ByronDonalds leads @DavidJollyFL 48% to 46%, as long as Republicans show up

Louisianans know there is no such thing as a permanently red state! Thanks to everyone who came out this morning in New Orleans to support Jamie Davis and Rep. Troy Carter.

This is unconscionable
SAF air strikes kill 102 unarmed civilians in Nyala, with a 113 more wounded during the attack.
Bombs have reportedly hit residential areas across the city, including the Tongonaj Market.
The attack comes as part of a broad aerial campaign in Sudan with the SAF continuing to target civilian areas despite calls for de-escalation and peace.

Angie Nixon: Cubans fleeing a failed system, a dictatorship and an embargo that hasn’t worked for 60 years and now facing an increasingly authoritarian regime here that is DENYING them adjustment of status and worse, DEPORTING THEM BACK, sometimes to places they’ve never been.

Louisiana pollster John Couvillon (@WinWithJMC) still believes that Letlow will win, he told The Lens.
But “this is not going to be a slam dunk race for [her] I am seeing defections from Rs toward Ds about the 12% range”.

I founded Fair Fight because every eligible voter deserves to register, cast a ballot, and have that ballot counted. With Election Day almost here, we must turn outrage into action.

Walking the line outside the Trump rally in Corinth, I was reminded that more unites us than divides us here in Mississippi. I heard from folks who want to get foreign money out of our elections, put an end to flock cameras, keep our border secure, and make sure our veterans are taken care of.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to talk with me and share what matters most to them. When I’m elected to the U.S. Senate, I’ll represent every Mississippian — whether you voted for me or not. That’s what the job is all about. #MississippiMatters

Davis was joined by @RepTroyCarter @PeteButtigieg New Orleans famed actor @WendellPierce and a number of of local New Orleans elected officials and hopefuls.
The rally ended with Jamie and Wendell secondlining over to city hall so Pierce could cast his vote for Davis.

frankly and in no uncertain terms the turnout operation is not of the party but of the candidates namely Jamie Davis and Lauren Jewett operations in the SELA area.
Louisiana could end up with a D+4 EV electorate due to Black turnout outperforming their *population share* of 30% and hitting generational levels
@LaDemos GOTV operation should be the story of the nation this EV cycle!!

Polk County, FL is set to have one of the biggest swings in the 2026 governor race. In 2022, It voted R+29, and based on my analysis, it is set to vote around R+8-9 this year. A 20-21 point swing leftward in a once rural county, partly attributed to its growing latino population.
