LEVEL 3
Targeting a core body temperature of ~102.2°F (39°C). I achieve this at 31 minutes at 200°F (93°C) in a dry sauna. I tracked this via a pill I swallowed.
This is the deep repair tier. When your core body temperature hits a threshold that activates heat shock proteins it helps repair damaged proteins.
For me, this took 33 minutes, but everyone’s number is different.
I know not everyone has access to a sauna. You don’t need to do everything I do.

109 years ago yesterday, Britain issued the Balfour Declaration. Six extraordinary facts:
1. The 67-word pledge was not a treaty but a letter to Lord Rothschild, a zoologist who famously travelled in a zebra-drawn carriage.
2. Britain did not control Palestine. It was still Ottoman territory; British troops captured Jerusalem five weeks later.
3. Britain backed "a national home for the Jewish people"—not explicitly a Jewish state.
4. Roughly 90% of Palestine's inhabitants were Arabs. The words "Arab" and "Palestinian" never appeared. They became "existing non-Jewish communities."
5. Their civil and religious rights were mentioned. Their political or national rights were not.
6. The only Jewish member of Britain's cabinet, Edwin Montagu, fiercely opposed the declaration, warning that it could encourage antisemitism.
The people whose homeland was being discussed had no voice in the letter.

FAR-LEFT VIOLENCE IN AUSTRALIA.
One Nation volunteer hospitalised in Australia with bleeding of the brain and multiple facial fractures after being bashed with a baseball bat in a targeted political attack by left wing extremists.
The two men who attacked him were migrants on visas - they assaulted him after he confronted them for ripping down One Nation signs on his property.
The victim’s family have started a fundraiser to support him while he recovers in hospital and cannot work.
