this is f*cking insane...
stop wasting weeks building grok bot teams from scratch.

01 / agent org chart → ready-made teams for engineering, marketing, support and sales github.com/serenakeyitan/age…
02 / grok factory → one coordinator delegates coding, research and other work to specialist agents. github.com/jaredtrichard/gro…
03 / multibot → creates specialized teammates that delegate heavy tasks to coding clis. github.com/simo255/multiBot
04 / grok bot second brain → five agents handling coordination, memory, research and operations. github.com/mKay00/grok-bot-s…

start with one team and give it a clear job.
connect specialists through apis, mcp or scripts. give each agent defined responsibilities and approval boundaries.
stop building everything from zero.

Holy f*ck…
SpaceXAI engineer Lauren Tan just released the skills she runs her own agents on.
Her bedtime prompt to them: “i’m going to bed. land the stack even if ci flakes.”
She packed her whole workflow into one prompt that turns your Grok Bot into a graph of 15 bots and lands almost any task by morning.
→ sharpens the ask and writes the pass condition first
→ cuts the task into slices and runs them in parallel
→ lets other models try to break every diff, keeps only what a run proves
→ checks what else a one-line change could break
→ strips comments and AI tells before review
→ turns every repeated mistake into a rule for next time
→ wakes you only for the step that can’t be undone
Give it to your Grok Bot at bedtime with the stack you’ve been putting off for a week, and check it at 8:00.
How to tune it for your own work is in the article below.
Save it before it gets lost ↓

this is absolute treasure...
this one prompt turns Grok Bot into a full-time content ghostwriter, for free.
overnight it reads your niche, past posts, and competitors, then by 7:30 drops 3 ready-to-publish pieces in your voice.
copy it, paste it, go to sleep.
steal this before everyone starts using it:

GrokBot just got a live dashboard for your agent teams.
1 prompt, 2 minutes, under 1% usage — and you get this:
• every team on its own floor in a live 3D office
• you can actually see which bot is eating your usage
• no more “is it working or is it dead?” — status is right there
how to set it up:
1. paste the prompt below into GrokBot (it becomes the manager of the whole thing)
2. it makes you a private ntfy channel — free, only your link can read it
3. it drops one rule into the shared memory of all your bots: every time you start, finish, get stuck, or need me → send one line
4. it sends your full roster (bot, team, look, chat link) and puts each team on its own floor
5. open the link it gives you — the office just reads the channel live
6. a routine keeps resending the roster + usage so new bots walk in by themselves
works on computer and phone.
you stop opening 15 chats and just watch the whole AI company run 24/7 — who’s busy, who’s stuck, who’s burning usage — and manage them straight from the office.
try it now. then read the full GrokBot guide below

Elon Musk says treat grok bot like a coworker.
grok bot already has 56 ready ones you can add, from sales to engineering.
spacexsi lists 56 bots with job descriptions across 9 departments.
3 to hire first:
chief of staff: scans slack, email, calendar and notes, tells you what matters
sales outbound: researches accounts overnight, drafts emails in your voice
bug reproduction: clicks the same path in staging, drops a repro pack
how to hire a new one:
1. open x.ai/bot/use-cases and pick a role
2. hit add to grok bot
3. connect the apps its job needs
4. start with one bot, add the next after it works

Holy sh*t, Grok Bot just replaced Notion, Excel and a $110K analyst
SpaceXAI recently shipped Pages: living reports, memos, and dashboards that update themselves.
1.3M people saw the launch. Most will build one page and forget it.
Here are the six I’d set up first:
- Revenue: “Every Monday at 8:00, show booked vs. plan and what slipped.”
- Pipeline: “Live Q4 forecast. Flag every deal stuck for 14+ days.”
- Morning brief: “My day by 7:00 and the one thing most likely to slip.”
- Board memo: “Draft the monthly update from these numbers. Never send it.”
- Policy page: “Rewrite this page every time the rule changes in Slack.”
- Competitors: “Track every price change and launch from these 5 companies, daily.”
Ask once. It stays true every morning.
Start with the Monday revenue page.
Then read how Grok Bot keeps working while you sleep in the article below:

Grok Bot is hands down the most powerful AI agent in the world...
and most people still don't know what to do with it.
Here are 8 Grok Bot use cases, straight from xAI's own playbooks
Steal the one you need:
1. Inbox Manager
Reads your email, Slack and DMs read-only. Flags what's urgent, drafts 0 to 5 replies and never sends until you type "send".
2. Calendar EA
Flags conflicts, protects your focus time and sends invites only after you confirm.
3. Intel Scout
An 8am and 5pm brief: company moves, open follow-ups and prep for your next meetings. Every item ends with one thing to do.
4. Bot Boss
The one bot you talk to. It routes work to your other bots and collects their reports.
5. Bug repro
Recreates the bug, records a video of the broken state and writes the steps to reproduce it.
6. Refunds
Checks every refund request against your policy. A human approves before any money moves.
7. Shipping team
An EM bot that writes no code. It breaks the work down and hands it to 5 engineer bots that test their own output.
8. Figma Bro
Builds straight from your Figma file through the Figma MCP, with exact measurements instead of guesses.
Start with one. Add the rest when it earns its keep.

My top 10 Grok Bot use cases so far:
1. Chief of Staff bot.
I delegate to it, it hands work to my other bots, and it catches conflicts like a call overlapping my flight or a podcast invite with no recording link.
2. Sunday week plan.
Every Sunday at 8am it plans my week in Todoist around my day themes (writing day, video day, admin day) and reschedules tasks to fit.
3. Nightly second brain audit.
Every weekday at 6:15pm it checks the day's work against my two second brains on GitHub and suggests edits. Nothing changes without my approval.
4. Newsjack Bot.
Every morning it scans the news for stories I can comment on, drafts pitches to reporters, and sweeps media request platforms. On day two it had 2 pitch packs ready and had triaged 243 media requests.
5. Connector Bot.
It reads my Notion CRM, email, calendar, meeting notes and DMs. Every Monday it gives me the 5 people due for a check in with a draft for each, plus 1 or 2 intros where both sides win.
6. Speed to Lead bot.
It sweeps my inbox for money threads like warm leads and live deals, then drafts the follow up so nothing goes cold.
7. X Research bot.
It finds what performed on X in my niche over the last 14 days and notes why each winner worked.
8. Analytics Bot.
Every week it syncs the last 7 days of my posts and email campaigns into one Notion database with live metrics.
9. Facebook Marketplace bot.
It sells the random things sitting in my garage on Facebook Marketplace and answers buyers for me.
10. Article finder skill.
I give it a topic and it pulls X Articles that did 5x their author's median bookmarks, with titles and thumbnails for inspiration.

Jev + Grok Bot combo finally stopped my bots from running for nothing
now every event goes through Jev first, and the bill went from $397/mo to $33 for the same work:
event → Jev routes → Grok Bot works → result
step 1 → go to @typesafeai and create an API key. don't paste it into any chat
step 2 → ask Grok Bot to save it as TYPESAFE_API_KEY in the secret field
step 3 → connect the places your work comes from: slack, github, email, webhooks
step 4 → give each Grok Bot one job: support, code, inbox, ops
step 5 → add a skill called jev-event-router: every new event asks the router first and gets one answer. drop it, merge it with an open task, wake a bot, or hold it as a draft for you
step 6 → run it in shadow mode and read the logs for a few days. keep a kill switch: set enabled: false and everything goes back to manual
step 7 → go live. Jev picks the cable, Grok Bot does the job, and anything risky still waits for you

YOUR OLD GROK BOT SETUP IS THE PROBLEM
we all know the new unification plan sucks...
SpaceXAI just admitted the old rules you gave Grok Bot are making it pricier and dumber. 75% of your tokens burned on pointless work. a $200 plan delivering $50 worth of actual results
10 GitHub repos to fix the setup that’s wasting your tokens and dragging down your results:
01 Promptfoo → compare your current instructions against a cleaner version on the same test cases, so removing a rule becomes something you can evaluate
github.com/promptfoo/promptf…
02 DSPy → optimize instructions and examples against a defined quality metric, replacing endless manual prompt edits with measured experiments
github.com/stanfordnlp/dspy
03 SAMMO → experiment with prompt structure, wording, and compression while checking whether the task still gets done correctly
github.com/microsoft/sammo
04 PromptWizard → generate, critique, and refine candidate instructions using task examples, then test the revised prompt before adopting it
github.com/microsoft/PromptW…
05 DeepEval → turn recurring failures into repeatable evaluations so a shorter prompt doesn’t quietly lose requirements your workflow depends on
github.com/confident-ai/deep…
06 Inspect AI → evaluate complete interactions, including tool use and multi-turn behavior, to catch instructions that send the workflow down unnecessary paths
github.com/UKGovernmentBEIS/…
07 Langfuse → trace instrumented runs and track prompt versions, helping you connect a configuration change to repeated calls or declining output quality
github.com/langfuse/langfuse
08 OpenLIT → monitor usage, cost, and latency in connected AI workflows so you can identify expensive steps before rewriting the whole setup
github.com/openlit/openlit
09 OpenLLMetry → add tracing to supported model libraries and frameworks, making the sequence of calls behind an expensive result easier to inspect
github.com/traceloop/openllm…
10 Helicone → log and analyze API requests to find costly patterns, failed calls, and changes in spending across your instrumented workflow
github.com/Helicone/helicone
save this. the most expensive line in your setup might be the one you forgot you added

This is wild…
I subscribed to Grok Bot right when it launched, just to learn how it works. Now it's my personal agent.
My favorite use cases are booking appointments (it even calls the clinic when online booking fails) and sorting out my taxes. It also reads my emails out loud in the car, fills out boring forms and blurs private info in photos.
At first I honestly felt it was too slow. Now it responds almost instantly.
I'll keep saying it: Grok Bot is the best agent out there.
If you haven't tried it yet, just try it. All 11 of my use cases are in the video 👇

If you want to 10x the value of your Grok Bot subscription, check the Grok Bot marketplace.
it's basically xAI's app store for ready-made Grok Bots (including some built by X engineers).
these are my favorites in there right now:
> AI Search Visibility
checks whether AI chatbots and Google recommend your business, and tells you who they name instead
> Video Editor
turns your raw talking-head footage into a finished vertical video with captions, B-roll and music
> Haggle Bot
goes through your software bills, finds the seats nobody uses, and drafts the email to haggle the price down
> Overheard
watches Reddit, Hacker News and X for anyone talking about you or your brand, and sends you a short digest each weekday
adding one is super easy: open the marketplace, hit “Add” on any bot you like, and approve the access it asks for.
Find your bot at x.ai/bot/marketplace and check out the full article on it below:
