agree, half of ai twitter right now is new names for stuff we already had most "software factories" i've seen are a cron job and 3 prompts
hot take: you don't need a software factory, and i don't love the term. it's just marketing all you need is good software engineering and investing your tokens in the right places. the more deterministic the better (and token efficient)

Holy f*ck… SpaceXAI engineer Lauren Tan just released the skills she runs her own agents on. Her bedtime prompt to them: “i’m going to bed. land the stack even if ci flakes.” She packed her whole workflow into one prompt that turns your Grok Bot into a graph of 15 bots and lands almost any task by morning. → sharpens the ask and writes the pass condition first → cuts the task into slices and runs them in parallel → lets other models try to break every diff, keeps only what a run proves → checks what else a one-line change could break → strips comments and AI tells before review → turns every repeated mistake into a rule for next time → wakes you only for the step that can’t be undone Give it to your Grok Bot at bedtime with the stack you’ve been putting off for a week, and check it at 8:00. How to tune it for your own work is in the article below. Save it before it gets lost ↓

Send this to Grok Bot tonight, it will give your bot long-term memory It makes Grok stop forgetting everything you tell it: your projects, preferences and decisions stay saved between tasks, so you stop re-explaining yourself every time Steal this before everyone starts using it: ↓

this is absolute treasure... this one prompt turns Grok Bot into a full-time content ghostwriter, for free. overnight it reads your niche, past posts, and competitors, then by 7:30 drops 3 ready-to-publish pieces in your voice. copy it, paste it, go to sleep. steal this before everyone starts using it:

This is actually gold. Most people use maybe 2 of these and then wonder why their Grok Bot feels dumb and burns through the limit. Here are 10 essential Grok Bot cheat codes: 1. "What do you remember about me?" It works from wrong facts. Ask, then correct anything it got wrong. Every reply gets more "you". Ask again once a month, memory drifts. 2. Tap ⊕ – new chat per task Long chats burn your limit. The bot re-reads the whole chat every turn. A fresh chat costs far less. Idle chats cost nothing until you message them. 3. "Turn what you just did into a skill." Explaining the same task again. It saves the steps, so next time one word is enough. Test the skill once before making it a routine. 4. "Do this every Monday at 9." Doing the same job by hand. Any task becomes a routine that runs while you're away. Or "whenever X happens", where supported. 5. "Ask me before you send, post, pay or delete." Scary surprises. Nothing risky happens without your tap. Everything else just runs. Add "drafts only" to every routine that writes. 6. "Watch me do this once." Tasks too fiddly to explain. Record it in the browser, up to 10 minutes, and it learns the steps. Best for boring clicks you repeat every week. 7. Take over → I'm done Logins, 2FA, captchas. You do the sign-in yourself, then hand control back. It never sees your password. Works for passkeys too. 8. Tag @bot under any post Copy-pasting posts into chat. Tag it on X and the post goes straight to your bot to save, explain or act on. Connect the X plugin first. 9. "Add this MCP server" Tools with no plugin. Connects tools Grok Bot doesn't support yet, right from the chat. The server has to be public HTTPS. 10. "Hand this off to [bot name]." One bot doing everything badly. Bots pass work to each other, so each one stays good at its own job. One owner per task, no overlap. save this try one tonight then check out the full article below ↓

GrokBot just got a live dashboard for your agent teams. 1 prompt, 2 minutes, under 1% usage — and you get this: • every team on its own floor in a live 3D office • you can actually see which bot is eating your usage • no more “is it working or is it dead?” — status is right there how to set it up: 1. paste the prompt below into GrokBot (it becomes the manager of the whole thing) 2. it makes you a private ntfy channel — free, only your link can read it 3. it drops one rule into the shared memory of all your bots: every time you start, finish, get stuck, or need me → send one line 4. it sends your full roster (bot, team, look, chat link) and puts each team on its own floor 5. open the link it gives you — the office just reads the channel live 6. a routine keeps resending the roster + usage so new bots walk in by themselves works on computer and phone. you stop opening 15 chats and just watch the whole AI company run 24/7 — who’s busy, who’s stuck, who’s burning usage — and manage them straight from the office. try it now. then read the full GrokBot guide below

this is crazy... Claude Code + Grok Bot + DeepSeek working as one team is the most insane thing you’ll see this year. Your business can now run on autopilot. This is what it looks like from the inside: - Grok Bot finds what’s going viral and creates the content - Claude Code writes the posts, pages, and emails - DeepSeek builds the websites and tools - They share one brain — so nobody forgets what you sell or how you talk - They pass work to each other without you in the middle Your only job left is to approve what goes out. holy sh*t! Grok Bot can finally make real phone calls for you. No plugins. No extra setup. It just works. Who it can call: - Businesses (stores, doctor’s offices, etc.) - People who already know you Limits right now: - 10 calls per day - Max 4 calls to the same number - Up to 85 minutes per call - US only (except Washington and Illinois) What it refuses to do: - Cold sales or promo calls - Robocalls or mass dialing - Surveys, campaigns, or debt collection - 911, hotlines, or paid numbers This is going to get wild.

Grok Bot engineer Lauren Tan just showed how she runs her own bot team: "Stop hiring 30 bots, three good ones beat a team you can't manage. I talk to mine for 10 minutes on my phone, then make it say my job back in its own words." She onboards every bot like a new intern on day one. Here’s the whole first day, paste it into Grok Bot: → "Here's who I am and the work I do every week, ask me questions until you get it" → "Restate my job in your own words, I'll correct you" → "List every step where I copy and paste things to you, then do them yourself" → "Every time I explain how to do a task, save it as a skill" → "Set up your own email and accounts so your work stays separate from mine" → "Check which tools you're missing and ask me for access" Then add Dr. Eggbot, her bot that designs your other bots. Then read how to build the whole always-on team in the article below.
