What broke is your math - Claude says $225,000 and your math is based on inflation adjustment not income growth

This 100% - I have now live in a true suburb - not a giant subdivision and it's a major difference. We walk to the local village - and a lot of others are out walking about in all of weather. Roads are all interconnected so it's easy to get around by car and train to downtown.

County can say unicorns can fly but the state is who controls public access laws - what does the state public access law say?

If you are looking at real estate in Florida check out MapWise - sales, ownership, parcel lines etc updated much more often than national apps.

Chris you are going to major damage to your reputation - you have a good thing going that I’m sure took a rediculous amount of effort to get where you are. At the very least reach out to an unbiased PR / branding professional so you understand what you are about to do.

100% - I’m really tired of politics and especially hearing political views from people who “made it” in business and now think they are have it all figured out politically and want to share their message - hard pass . Codie I have less than zero interest in your political views.

Looks like heading west on US 98 from Perry to Wakulla County. I've passed through here many many times. This picture captures the vibe very well. 50 miles of forest. Brings back memories. Just add some deer.

However - what you are looking for is provided by Property Appraisers / Assessors in each county. They collect sales data for appraising properties - all sales not just residential. Most of the time they have searchable sales data and maps with recent sales.

All those touting MLS sold reports - those closed sales are only available if the property was listed in that MLS. In addition, major roadblocks to free access to that info - Realtors are the gatekeepers. Realtor.com seems to come closest to seamless access to solds.

A look at the downtown area of Fort Myers Beach Florida. There used to be many more businesses here than there are now with some whole buildings just wiped away. Most notably to me is the debris that was washed onto the roof of the ice cream/pizza place. #HurricanIan #Florida – at Georgia, USA

Here is the NHCs 'cone of concern' forecast from Sunday evening at 11 PM. You can see, coastal Lee County is very much in it. A storm surge watch went into effect for the entire SWFL coastline with this advisory.
Evacuation for Lee County wasn't announced until Tuesday morning.

Aerial imagery of Fort Myers Beach is now available and I'm out of words to describe the devastation.
If you're still looking for updates on a home in the area, this imagery is a good place to start. Here, see what little remains of Gulfview Colony...
