Term limits should be locked to average life expectancy of the country so if they want to stay in Congress longer they have to increase the average lifespan of voters

Will the indigenous Scots from the north, who were, for thousands of years, slaughtered for refusing to bend the knee to Rome or English kings, let their history be replaced by non-indigenous colonizers? Are they going to let the women clapping in this video get away with it?
The arched eyebrows really makes women look surprised by their aging. It’s almost miming the motive. Painting it right on their face
It’s sad to think features like these have survived centuries, thousands of years of human history.
Hooded eyes, aquiline noses, strong eyebrows, round cheeks, thinner lips, tall, larger built, square jaws, the very faces our mothers, our grandmothers carried, all of it stretching back to queens and peasants alike.
Features that have survived it all, seen it all, and all for you to be told now — well it’s just not attractive.
Imagine inheriting a face shaped by the entirety of human history, imagine being blessed with a beauty that has survived the many rises and falls of humanity, only to be told you now have to give it all up to the vanities of this generation. What worth is beauty without any history? What worth is beauty without meaning? What worth is beauty when it stops being something we recognize and instead becomes just something we manufacture?
The tension drone of bagpipes. The Scot-Japanese connection is indelible
Two billy is crazy
Early this morning, the FBI and our partners arrested 8 of 15 defendants in Southern California, Dallas and Chicago, for their roles in health care schemes that collectively resulted in $2 billion in fraudulent claims to government and private health care programs, including sham substance abuse treatment programs, unnecessary artery treatments, and bogus hospice services. Two of the 15 defendants were arrested last week.
“Today the FBI and our partners executed 8 arrests, with 7 additional defendants charged, after the subjects involved allegedly orchestrated a multi-year healthcare fraud scheme resulting in $1.8 billion in losses,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “The defendants - including medical professionals - made fraudulent claims to steal from taxpayer funded healthcare and insurance programs, including substance abuse treatment programs, hospice care, and Medicare programs in the Los Angeles area designed to help the most vulnerable. Under President Trump’s leadership with the White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud, stealing from American taxpayers will no longer be tolerated in this country. This FBI will continue to move aggressively with our Department of Justice to dismantle fraud networks stealing from hard working taxpayers.”
“Healthcare fraud cheats American taxpayers and health care programs out of billions of dollars,” said Patrick Grandy, the Assistant Director in Charge of the FBI’s Los Angeles Field Office. “The FBI will continue to work with our law enforcement partners to do everything in our power to safeguard our government health care programs and the taxpayers picking up the bill.”

This is exactly why the city is not incentivized to build/lower property values.
You can’t manufacture cool from first principles, nerd. You need chaos, and that comes from artists who by their very nature don’t buy in to programs
My experience partying all night at Berghain in Berlin made me think of how we're lacking this experience in the San Francisco tech scene. We can literally become the coolest, most tasteful social scene on Earth if we had our version of Berghain, but better. So let's build it. The best aspect of Berhain is how they select who gets in. The club has a vibe and atmosphere, and if you aren't wearing the right clothes or have the right demeanor, you don't get in. That's how you cultivate a tasteful crowd. We can improve on this by only letting in high agency, talented operators in the tech scene who can still pull off dope outfits, so no geeks. SF is in dire need of late night venues, and Berghain goes until 8am. That's a little too crazy for high net worth operators who are changing the world so we could do something like 2am. Berghain also is kinda dark and in a weird building so we'd put the club in a SoMa corporate office that we convert to speakeasy or barcade vibe. Maybe add a quiet area for people to bring their laptops and work? I honestly feel like we're improving on the Berghain form here, especially by swapping out the crowd of weird partiers in inappropriate clothes (or lack there of) with insanely cracked founders and engineers. I'm super stoked about this idea, SF tech could really run the dopest parties on the planet.

demanding music artists support your binary, cartoonish, petulant political stances because you liked their music is hilarious
Same weird pressure being signed to a pseudo Christian-music record label. Religious tribalism is gross, but even more gross when the religion is a political tribe

In this era of artificial intelligence, it is becoming urgent to distinguish human art from what machines produce. There is an ontological difference, even before an aesthetic one, between art and what a machine can generate through statistical calculation based on millions of images created by others. Algorithms lack the spark of humanity. For this reason, the Church wishes to renew an alliance with artists and cultural institutions to safeguard our humanity.

Women hate fraternities because they’re the last bastion of male freedom. The unconquerable tribe. They want to turn frats into the YMCA and end all male-exclusive spaces for good.
They need to be stopped & shunned. Protect male spaces from the scourge of female sensitivities.
