BREAKING: MAGA hack Scott Jennings gets hit with a massive $72.5 million lawsuit for defaming progressive streamer Hasan Piker.
And it's an absolute slam dunk of a case...
Piker, who has become the Republican Party's favored boogeyman this election cycle, is suing Jennings for falsely claiming that Piker called for lynching Black Americans. Jennings ran an edited video, stripped of context, to make it appear that Piker had done such a thing.
“Mr. Jennings did not merely mischaracterize something Mr. Piker said. He took a false, fabricated, and manipulated video of Mr. Piker, added a made-up quotation that Mr. Piker never uttered, and then made accusations that went beyond even what the manipulated footage purported to show," states Piker's 38-page suit.
There is no wiggle room for Jennings here. He blatantly lied about what Piker said in an effort to paint him as a murderous lunatic. Jennings claimed that Piker was “calling for Black voters to be lynched” and spoke about a "Piker plan of returning our country to lynchings.”
In reality, Piker was making the opposite point, but the footage was edited to misrepresent the remarks. Jennings also added a false quotation, subtitles, and commentary to hammer home the lies.
Originally, the footage showed Piker stating on his Twitch stream that a conservative commentator wanted to return to the lynching era, not that he himself desired such a thing.
“He said, ‘We need more Klansmen, okay? Can we go back to a better time when lynchings were happening?’” said Piker. The creator of the video that Jennings shared removed the "he said" part as well as laughter to falsely present the snippet as an articulation of Piker's genuine beliefs.
Jennings spread his smear via X and so far his post has 2.5 million views, meaning that he has inflicted incalculable damage to Piker's reputation and his possible future earnings.
We hope that Piker gets every last penny of that $72.5 million!
Please ❤️ and share if you support the lawsuit!

"I feel like a fool. I feel like I've been used. If I could take my vote back, I would."
Meet die-hard MAGAt Vincent Scardina, a Florida roofing contractor whose 37-year-old business, A-Plus Roofing, was suddenly paralyzed when ICE agents detained a third of his workforce. During a routine traffic stop in late May 2025, federal agents seized six of his Nicaraguan employees. Despite five of them holding valid, unexpired U.S. work permits and having no criminal records, the enforcement action immediately stripped Scardina of the specialized labor required to fulfill his local building contracts.
Scardina was a vocal supporter of Donald Trump, actively voting for the administration’s platform. He openly acknowledged his alignment with the political movement, expecting that federal immigration policies would strictly focus on public safety threats. Reflecting on his political choices, Scardina told reporters, "I supported Trump. I voted for Trump... I believed he was going to deport the criminals, the murderers, the rapists."
The enforcement operation against his own documented staff triggered immediate political remorse and emotional distress. Realizing the personal and economic consequences of the administration's sweeping enforcement directives, Scardina expressed deep regret over his vote. Overwhelmed by the loss of his team, he broke down publicly, stating, "I feel like a fool. I feel like I've been used," and added, "If I could take my vote back, I would."

His name is Erik Zepeda. He was walking to Santa Maria HS and ICE agents racially profiled him, attacked him saying he was ‘resisting’, kidnapped him, found out he is a US citizen with special needs, ignored his medical needs, and just left him where they kidnapped him. He still walked to school and that’s where they called the police and took him to the hospital. He required surgery, was bruised on his face and ICE keeps saying he’s lying. ERICK DESERVES JUSTICE

She got what she voted for....
Meet die-hard MAGAt and three-time Trump supporter Sandra Hafraoui, an administrative professional who spent years enthusiastically voting for aggressive mass deportations, completely confident her own front door was bulletproof. Her politics were beautifully simple: robust border walls, uncompromising immigration enforcement, and absolute faith that the MAGA machine would strictly target "the worst of the worst" while bypassing her comfortable American life.
That blind faith shattered on August 11 at Newark Liberty International Airport when ICE agents intercepted her Moroccan-born husband, Abdellatif, as the couple tried to board a flight for a Florida vacation. It turns out the federal immigration apparatus doesn't pause to check your spouse's voting record before enforcing an in absentia deportation order left behind by a fraudulent lawyer who was federally sentenced back in 2013 for scamming clients.
The exact system Sandra cheered on treated her husband precisely like the people she voted to expel. He was shipped across facilities from New Jersey to Arizona, subjected to sleep deprivation, and thrown into solitary confinement for 10 days for refusing a forced flight, leaving Sandra to scramble for a $15,000 bond until his eventual release on November 26 after 108 days of state-sponsored trauma.
The staggering hypocrisy is a masterclass in political myopia. Sandra openly admitted she supported these brutal policies under the assumption they would only happen to other families, only discovering the cruelty of the system once it directly ruined her life and drained her bank account.

This page is a critical communication tool for reaching Latino voters and mobilizing our community. With just seven days until Election Day, every minute matters.
We are calling on Meta to immediately restore the page and provide an explanation for its removal. Voters deserve access to critical election information, especially in these final days. @andymstone

EXPOSED: Tow truck driver FIRED after DASHCAM catches him screaming an ANTI-ASIAN RACIAL SLUR at a woman after driving through a stop sign.
Cambridge, Massachusetts
Video shows two company tow trucks passing through an intersection without stopping.
As the second truck passed her, the driver leaned out his window, gave her the MIDDLE FINGER and shouted racist abuse.
After the footage surfaced, Bostonian Towing announced the driver had been TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY.
The company called his behavior "racist, hateful, and unacceptable."
Should a commercial driver caught running a stop sign and shouting racial slurs face consequences beyond losing his job?

FOUR KIDS AT HOME AND THEY'RE FILMING HIM FOR CLOUT??
Harmless content, or picked the wrong guy?
A Red Baron rep is stocking a grocery store freezer when a couple of young people with a camera start messing with him. He snaps, then tells them he has to be up at 5 in the morning, he's still out working late, he's got four kids at home and he can't pay his mortgage.
If that were my son holding that phone, the video would come down and he'd be finding that man to apologize to his face.
Yes, he lost his cool. Calling somebody a punk on camera never helps your case.
Now look at what he's carrying. Early mornings, more stores to hit, four kids and a mortgage. And somebody decided his bad day would make good content.
There's a guy like him in every grocery store in America, grinding through the shift nobody sees. Turning one of them into the punchline isn't edgy. It's lazy.
Leave the working man alone. He's got enough on his plate.
