If you build open-source blockchain software and don't have unilateral control over users' funds, you are not a money transmitter. Not under FinCEN rules. Not under federal criminal law. Not under state registration requirements.
Writing code ≠ money transmission.
Building self-custody tools ≠ money transmission.
Running node infrastructure ≠ money transmission.
For years, developers have operated under the threat that publishing code could expose them to money transmission charges. Section 604 eliminates that ambiguity entirely. It establishes a clear, codified legal protection for the people who actually build the open-source infrastructure this industry runs on.

AGD nasce da una domanda abbastanza semplice: perché stiamo ancora usando documenti lineari come memoria degli agenti?
Prende alcune idee che funzionavano già bene:
markdown per la leggibilità, hypertext/HTML per refs e navigazione, Obsidian per la mentalità graph-based… però le ricompone in un formato pensato direttamente per retrieval semantico e context selettivo.
Claude non deve leggere tutto.
Scopre blocchi, segue refs, recupera provenance chain e backlink, naviga la memoria invece di ingestirla interamente come un memory.md da 50k token.
E ora c’è anche il plugin per Claude Code.
Installazione vera, MCP integrato, SessionStart hooks, memoria persistente per progetto, retrieval selettivo automatico.
Non più cartelle random dentro ~/.claude/ e script shell dimenticati in giro.
Secondo me questa roba è interessante perché sposta il focus da “più context window” a “miglior struttura della memoria”. E cambia parecchio come si comportano gli agenti quando il progetto inizia a diventare grande.

è tipo un IDE con Claude dentro: apri un progetto, hai file, terminale e git, e quando Claude scrive codice lo vedi comparire in editor in tempo reale, niente copia-incolla... tutto locale, supporta anche SSH e puoi avere più chat per lo stesso progetto. lo sto usando da qualche giorno e tornare alla chat separata mi sembra già scomodo 😅 Stellinatelo se vi va :) github.com/Pinperepette/subl…
