yeah nevermind, @nahcrof is a complete moron, no idea why I trusted him with any money whatsoever by using his service here's the chats I had with him 12 hours ago, clearly he doesn't give two shits about his word 12 hours ago he's bankrupt, today he's going to fix everything his polar account is banned and he can't even process refunds or give any updates on them, but no of course it takes first priority to release an ai generated statement pointing to a 'full statement' to a website that doesn't work and do nothing about it for over an hour and blame cloudflare (lol) when it doesn't work

It's finally here! So many thoughts/feelings I couldn't fit them in the blog post but its crazy to think after so much work this is only the beginning.
🚨 Solid 2.0 has reached Release Candidate! 🎉🥳 Async is first-class — computations return promises, the graph suspends and resumes itself. Plus optimistic mutations and a reactive core rebuilt from scratch. The Big <Reveal> 👇 solidjs.com/blog/solid-2-0-r… 1/3

Linux adoption among programmers is about to go parabolic. Any missing app can be recreated easily. The open-source advantage with agents is unstoppable. Nobody is going to be waiting for Apple to sign their shit. Just keep a Mac Mini as a remote builder for iOS work. Done.

the big performance boosts are in: - bundling (Rolldown, via Vite 8) - markdown (via our new satteri pkg) perf boost will depend on how much time your app spends in both phases. some projects will get faster than others! larger projects seem to benefit the most.

🚀 Better inference efficiency, lower costs, broader access. MiMo-V2.5 Series API pricing is now permanently reduced — by up to 99% compared to previous pricing. ✨ Unified pricing across all context lengths. MiMo Token Plans have also been upgraded: • 5–8× more usable tokens at the same price • Simpler and more transparent billing rules 🎁 As a thank-you to current users, all current Token Plan credits will be fully reset. 🎧 MiMo-V2.5-TTS remains free for a limited time. ⏰ Effective May 26 at 6:00 PM PDT. These improvements are powered by continued inference optimization and serving efficiency upgrades across the MiMo stack. 🛠️ We’ll also publish a detailed technical blog on the inference optimizations later — stay tuned.

Why are LLMs so hell-bent on "solving" coding? Because we have tons of text and examples of working code, and a bunch of tools to validate whether the code actually works. This makes the task of producing working code like 1000x easier than, let's say, a judge's decision or an accurate medical treatment. What we can't do is make LLMs produce good code or code without bugs, because there are basically no examples of that and no text to teach it. Instead, we only have tabs vs spaces discussions on Reddit and whatever the "clean code" or SOLID principles are.

This is probably the lowest I've been since a few years. Can't find freelance work, was super close of getting a good job in a startup in Switzerland, I failed B2B sales, and I don't know how I'll pay rent this month. Worst of all: my second baby is coming next month. I did tons of outreach that I should have started earlier. But it'll likely won't bring any result for at least a month. So yeah, if you're looking for a senior developer with 10+ years of experience (18 in total, 13 as a pro), tons of skills, Laravel + ecosystem expert, LLMs expert, design expertise, business expertise, etc. Feel free to reach out.

Claude 4.6 Opus just refactored my entire codebase in one call. 25 tool invocations. 3,000+ new lines. 12 brand new files. It modularized everything. Broke up monoliths. Cleaned up spaghetti. None of it worked. But boy was it beautiful.
