Unfortunately, my little sister's cancer has returned and she's back in the hospital. The doctors have a treatment plan and she has a student insurance plan active until the end of the month, since she just graduated.
Even though her insurance is still active, Blue Cross Blue Shield refuses to start treatment until she has new insurance coverage, even though cancer is a very time sensitive disease for treatment and there are significant risks to her health and life if treatment is delayed. Does anybody have experience in dealing with insurance companies refusing to cover life-saving treatment?

Look, honestly it's pretty fucking clear what Elon wants to do. He wants to make sure the US is financially stable and not spending like crazy with insane debt. He's not loyal to 1 party, but loyal to that cause. Which is WAAAAY better than the other way around imo.
Anyways, it will be very interesting to watch everything happen right here.

the vibe coder knows what the code is doing at all times. They know this because they know what the code isn't doing. By subtracting what the code is doing from what it isn't doing, or vice versa (depending on the energy in the room), they derive a difference, or vibe divergence. The intuition engine uses this divergence to generate instinctive changes, pushing the code from doing what it’s doing to doing what it isn't, and upon doing what it wasn't doing before, it is now doing that.
