I think Mateta got send off so it woukd be 10 against 10. I'm sure Solanke must still be in the dressing room
Inter got themselves put of jail there. Losing 0-1 in the 91st minute, 2-1 by the 97th.
As a side note, I think Thuram would he a great signing for spurs.
Spurs utterly dominant in every department. Back to back wins, unbeaten in 3.
The rise up the table starts....
Making a tactical decision to not press Como is unbelievable. Anyone who has watched them knows how excellent they are if you let them play. The 1 thing you do is press Como. Thats Sunday league obvious
🚨🗣️ Bruno Fernandes calling out Carrick & the backroom staff: "It's a decision from the staff to not press man to man and sometimes leave space behind and try to get the ball, wait for them, but sometimes when you give space to these teams they get confidence."
🗣️ Bruno on whether he is saying Michael Carrick got his tactics wrong: "That's on the manager and staff to see, not me. Sometimes you have to be more brave under pressure, take the risk of pressing high and making them uncomfortable. As you saw with them [Como], the centre-back was coming to mark me in my own half. We need to do that as a team but we were unable to."
🗣️ Bruno: "A team that plays through the middle with small connections, if you give them too much time and space then they can hurt you out wide."
Anyone who's watched Como over the last couple of seasons wont be suprised by this result. They have excellent owners who work in a very unique way.
