passion and naivety aren't the same thing... and how can you compare someone who truly fights for the badge, a captain who did everything he did for the team and never let the opponent set the tone of the match, with someone who can't even adjust his own tempo of play? expected from someone like u who heard about sergio ramos but never actually watched him play
Replying to @mickaelson__
Sergio Ramos played and captained for 15 years at this club. Don't create empty bs platitudes. Players will go to war for people who are passionate about the badge.

there are actual people who think we should build our entire franchise around somebody who can't even control himself. how easy it is to get him out of the game. it's so easy. good players show how good they are on the pitch. great players don't even let anybody get inside their head.

the fact that even at his worst, he's become a guaranteed source of output is actually scary.

it's only you guys who believe he single-handedly won us 2 champions leagues. only you guys. everyone else actually lived the moments and the comebacks. it'd be like, yes, there's vinicius jr., but there's also benzema, there's jude bellingham, there's toni kroos, there's thibaut courtois. there's even andriy lunin, who bailed us out against man city. it's only you guys who believe this garbage, these fantasies. you can't even lecture me about deceiving when you believe your own lies, making us look like a garbage team. but vinicius jr. actually saved us.
But the mediocre won two UCL's in Three years. If you like keep deceiving yourself and be hyping stats dat doesn't win us trophies

whoever told mbappé to reduce his muscle mass after 2022, you've got blood on your hands. that was like the last year he was balanced between strength, pace, and technique. after that, trying to get slim is what got him into a lot of messes and what actually kept him from living comfortably deep in the attack. his first season with us should've been a ballon d'or season.

güler just equaled vinicius junior when it comes to most assists for kylian mbappé since he arrived at the club.

if only he'd listened to xabi alonso. and started learning how to be dynamic.
I'm tired of hearing "Mbappe and Vini doesn't work together" it doesn't because Vini doesn't want it to work. It's actually simple. He was brainwashed by Neymar and the other guy. He never really accepted Kylian.

he still needs to do more because he's kylian mbappé. he still needs to prepare himself for when he's past 30. he still needs to stop relying on big-scale pace to generate danger. he needs to learn to live in the left half-space even more, without roaming so much, so he can be even more dangerous than he already is, cutting down his actions and his roaming and learning how to hurt the opponent with less roaming and less acceleration. he's already shown signs of this against valencia, although the game was too tight in certain sequences. but mbappé, since the madrid derby, has always been showing he's open to learning new things.
🚨 17 MATCHES, 18 GOALS. KYLIAN MBAPPÉ IS INSANE.

people think that building a habit of scoring a goal or registering an assist, even while playing badly, is something against him. and quite frankly, it's exactly the opposite. because if scoring a goal or an assist is your output on your worst possible day, that means you're in a league of your own, and you're someone who can generate danger in the scariest way possible, because you're not supposed to generate danger or even shoot this many times on a bad day. you're supposed to be shut down. and the example of this is what happened with kylian in the madrid derby. and since then, he's been a force of danger from every angle. whether he's playing good or bad. whether he's lucky or unlucky. this isn't something against him. that's what people fail to understand. it's actually a very big plus. because as a madridista, i want my players to show up on their worst day, as well as their best day, because on their best day they're supposed to dominate, but on their worst day they're supposed to look bad and do nothing. but mbappé, for example, registered a goal while playing a really bad game, which is a very big plus, something he deserves credit for.

every week, same words, same narratives, same thing. they just keep repeating themselves over and over. such empty heads and empty thoughts, and it's honestly getting sad at this point.

enzo maresca really wants to play positional play with donnarumma in goal and his best ball playing center back out wide. the profiling at city right now is so horrible

even if we buy into this delusion that he single-handedly carried real madrid to two champions league wins, that still doesn't give him immunity from being benched, because cristiano ronaldo set the standard for this club before he left. you need to deliver every single season, not just do something once and sleep on it. so either way, if the right decision is to bench vinicius . for the player who's in form, so be it. no one cares about your feelings.
We all know why he keeps avoiding the main question and beating around the bush, but the truth remains that Real Madrid fans must accept that a legend who single-handedly helped us win two Champions League titles and multiple La Liga trophies, fought for this club, and gave everything to see us succeed cannot simply be benched because of a slight dip in form. If that’s the standard, then anyone who has a bad game should be dropped immediately. Vinícius will remain a starter as long as he is at this club, and we must learn to accept that.

and i agree. because even though both are incredibly great, the narrative around the number 10 and the way people worship it worked in their favor. it didn't work in ronaldo's favor, but he still forced his way into the goat conversation anyway. that's how much harder it was for ronaldo to reach the top compared to them.

anything to trend. how can you trust north americans' opinion on football? they got the honor of watching the likes of johan cruyff, beckenbauer, messi, pelé and others in their stadiums, and it didn't make them any more aware. everything for you is farming reactions, that's how you get your value as a content creator. when ronaldo wins, he's the best. when ronaldo loses, he's the damn selfish devil who hurts his national team. a bunch of idiots, honestly.

saying a 41-year-old player runs in a wierd way after 23 years of excellence, when the most you've ever done in your life is put your ass on a chair and try to farm reactions from other people because you don't add anything to football, not even as opinions.. it's a summary of everyone who holds hate for cristiano. you'll never see a sane, normal person talk about cristiano in such a lowly way, only these weird creatures.

when it comes to narratives, mbappé isn't who vinicius should be worried about. it's this guy. a lot of you don't even notice, but he's been making sure he gets documented as someone who's dark-skinned but never received racial slurs. and has these respectful moments with the fans and everything. i'm not gonna claim he does it on purpose to target vini, but it's actually damning to the narrative that vinicius is the target of a very organized campaign against him. the whole narrative that everybody's against vinicius just because he's black is getting weaker and weaker by the day. and diomandé has recently landed a lot of blows on that narrative.

a really average campaign. i remember him against us, he never threatened us again after scoring the goal, even though he had the chance to. on his day, he'd make hakimi's life hell.
