The Board of Directors of Real Madrid C.F., meeting today, Wednesday, November 4, has agreed to submit the ratification of the appointment of Rafael Nadal Parera—member number 67,778 of our club—as a new member of the Board of Directors to the General Assembly of Representative Members.
Rafael Nadal, an honorary member of Real Madrid, is one of the greatest legends in the history of sport and one of the most admired and recognized Spanish athletes worldwide.
It is a source of immense pride for Real Madrid and the entire *madridista* community that a figure of his stature—both in terms of sporting achievement and personal character, and a true icon of Spanish and global sport—should join our Board of Directors, contributing from this position to the present and future of our club.
With an extraordinary record—including 92 individual titles, 22 Grand Slam trophies, two Olympic gold medals, five Davis Cup victories with Spain, and a stint as the world’s number-one-ranked player—Rafael Nadal has carved out a legendary sporting career. Yet, he represents far more than just his successes: his talent, his constant drive for self-improvement, his capacity for sacrifice, his competitive spirit, his humility, his respect for both rivals and teammates, and his commitment to helping others make him an exemplary figure, both on and off the court.
These values are core to the identity of Real Madrid; Rafael Nadal has embodied and championed them throughout his entire sporting career, becoming an inspiration to millions of people across the globe.

Can you imagine the disaster that occurred between Kylian Mbappé and China?
Kylian Mbappe's new company did not publish any content related to him on its official Instagram account, and I fear that this will lead to the termination of its contract with him.

Us having no succession plan post Courtois is so pathetic. You just know they haven't even thought about it. Lunin has to go. He cannot take over from Courtois. Absolutely not!
courtois should've been our backup goalkeeper since the summer of 2024, after we won the champions league. then bring in someone who can take the responsibility off him. it would've been the perfect way to pass the torch, with courtois only playing the crucial games. but our board is missing the point, missing the strategic element, and hoping moments can save us and cover up all the strategic mistakes we've made. but of course it's easy to blame the players and the coach. at the end of the day, the main reason real madrid are sinking is the board.

Exactly, Mbappé’s gameplay is much more diversified whereas Haaland’s more rudimentary/simplistic. Mbappé has more weapons, but the team needs reconfiguring to maximize each of those weapons. But Haaland’s more plug and play, an easier fit.
the simple version is that mbappé can hurt you in many different ways. he can sprint behind your defense, drop into midfield to get the ball, go out wide and beat a defender one on one, or drag a defender away so a teammate gets the space. haaland mostly does one thing, which is finish in the box. that makes mbappé harder to defend, because you never know which one he'll pick, and it makes him the better player. but it also means his team has to be organized around all of those options, whereas haaland's team just has to deliver the ball to the same spot every time, and that's why he feels more certain to score.

mbappé's not leaving real madrid just because a "few" are crying about it and launching bots to record a unprecented number in petitions..
the club's gonna make sure he stays winning and have a successfull career to justify the money spent on him
just like they did with CR before..

that’s a lie.
kane’s a ball-dominant striker — he operates across two lines in a positional team that holds the ball most of the time, so how are you even gonna evaluate how much work he does without the ball?
second, haaland’s defensive contribution is selective. when he does track back, it’s often to avoid spending time wrestling with CBs in possession. and when he drops back as an extra defender on a corner, the moment city win the second ball, it becomes a transitional action literally his preferred type of situation.
and if you actually watched them closely instead of just reciting narratives, you’d know both barely do any defensive work. their teams are perfectly fine with that because they’d rather preserve their output.

ALT Dear all, We know that many of you have been waiting to hear from us regarding the events of the past week. It would be an understatement to say that having videos of Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay leak in this way has been heartbreaking for our team, and this is obviously not how we intended for you to see the game after all this time. We are very sorry that everything has taken as long as it has \u2014 from getting the game finished (nearly there!) to sharing more details and official gameplay, and providing the community with everything you want to know. We are very excited for everyone to see the extended look tomorrow. It has taken longer than we wanted to get it ready, but as with everything we do, we know we need to exceed your expectations, and we are determined to deliver at the level you expect and deserve.
