Just had a very brief conversation with Sen. Cassidy. I asked if RFK Jr. had reassured him
“I’d rather just characterize it as: we had a conversation”
I also asked if he was still comfortable with his vote confirming RFK Jr.
“I’d rather not comment on that”
Of course, now the fear is that the ACIP will be filled up with people who know nothing about vaccines except suspicion. I’ve just spoken with Secretary Kennedy, and I’ll continue to talk with him to ensure this is not the case.
