I've been promoted twice since 2020 despite averaging 4-5 hours of Football Manager each day. I delegate boring tasks to my team and share it to my bosses as huge successes. I even watch fake Youtube vids of conference calls to make my Mrs think I'm in meetings.

Just spent an hour on hold to @HSBCUKBusiness, the guy said about 5 words and then it cut out. No call back, so I'll put my afternoon plans 'on hold' to try calling back again. That would explain this impressive score.
Another day on hold to @HSBCUKBusiness. Today's experience so far, used call back service to then be rung back and told I am 'unverified' and to go on hold in the queue I left to go onto the call back service.
