Back up systems are critical.
I am not a fan of any type of machine voting.
I would just have hand counted paper ballots witnessed by scrutineers like the federal elections.

1 hour left to stop Brad Ford from privatizing our water, daycares and cutting our Parks and Rec programs.

Mayor Olivia Chow. I'm a Toronto ER doc. I care for everyone. I don't belong to a political party. I see the best and worst of everything. I especially care for our city's vulnerable. If you haven't decided - I encourage you to vote for Mayor Chow. By @raghu_venugopal

60% of Torontonians are concerned about Brad Bradford’s plan to open our drinking water up for privatization.
Our water should never be for sale. You'll pay the price. Higher bills. Less safety.
As your Mayor, I will protect our drinking water.

Olivia Chow became mayor three months after I arrived in Canada. I avoided downtown without Uber as I found the TTC chaotic and very unsafe. Three years later, that’s improved drastically. She’s done a great job. Vote no.9 🥳

As a resident of his riding, I never received more than an automated email response to any of my queries to Bradford’s office. I finally gave up trying to contact him. You don’t want that in a councillor. You certainly don’t want it as your mayor. Do better. Vote Olivia Chow.

🇨🇦Far-left?? Hardly! Just conscientious Canadians telling TRUTHS. Our Indigenous rights + environmental laws, must be enforced as we build Canada as was the platform! EU relations may bloom, but I think hwy407! 🤔 Let's keep our utilities, roads and airports all Canadian!

Ontario gambling ads selecting young attractive adults enjoying GIVING their hard earned $ away... on their phones!!? Oh boy! What a thriller!?
Then stop at the gas station for a six pack...
I’m deeply troubled by the Toronto Star’s reporting that the Ford government hid a study showing problem gambling rates significantly higher than expected. Ontarians deserve transparency, not a government that keeps them in the dark.
As premier, I’ll put an end to Ford’s harmful online gambling advertising scheme and make sure Ontarians have the treatment and support they need to recover from gambling addiction.

The president of the U.S. just talked about a female rapper’s posterior and you all are upset I was at a historically Black University’s homecoming on stage dancing and reciting lyrics.
Y’all are clearly scared. I guess this is why. Let’s pink out the polls!

Why would Bradford want to break-up the Toronto Water Dept, which works well, nobody has raised à concern about and consistently delivers safe water??
Because privatization lobbyists
“It’s high risk”
Experts discuss Bradford’s plan to give up control of Toronto Water Dept, giving Doug Ford the power to privatize it without city approval

I have already voted for @oliviachow and I hope you will too!
I am voting for @MayorOliviaChow because I want to see Toronto as a more walkable city, with someone who understands mobility is about connectivity and proximity . I do not want a cheer leader for Doug Ford and the insanity of a tunnel under the 401 and the unrelenting increase in induced demand and traffic concentration @BradMBradford has argued for.
As Jane Jacobs put it. Widening highways to reduce congestion is like letting out your belt to lose weight".
I live at the corner of two wards and I hope both city councillors are replaced. As a former Mayor and city councillor and MPP for Toronto Centre I know the commitment it takes to represent my neighbours. We had that with Pam McConnell and we have been missing it at City Hall ever since. However, Olivia has been a very community responsive mayor. I am grateful for that.

If you're for Carney, you should vote for Chow. The reason is simple: Bradford is consevtive and supports Trump. Chow inherits her pre-husband's NDV idea, which reflects the expectation of most of Torontonians, middle or lower income people.
MAGA @BradMBradford supports data centres for the same reason: Toronto. We cannot trust Conservatives!
Vote Olivia Chow today, #9 on the ballot!
