Kstovo is Russia's 4th-largest refinery, processing 17 million tonnes of crude oil a year.
It is the third Russian refinery struck in three days.

Around 120 representatives of the clergy have been killed by the Russians. On purpose, not accidentally, in deliberate attacks on these people, on our churches, and on other religious institutions.
Around 800 religious sites were destroyed or damaged. Some of them were one thousand years old, subjected to massive drone and missile attacks – both cruise and ballistic. It’s awful and crazy. And this is not about money. This is about our heritage, history, art, and architecture. You can’t just renovate them. It is very painful for all of us, and of course for our clergy in the first place.

🚨 BREAKING: A federal judge has DISMISSED Trump’s defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal over its reporting on his alleged birthday letter to Jeffrey Epstein.
The judge dismissed the case WITH PREJUDICE, meaning Trump cannot simply refile the lawsuit in the same court.
In a major First Amendment ruling, the judge rejected Trump’s argument that his denials should have prevented the newspaper from publishing its reporting, warning that such a standard would run afoul of the Constitution.
The judge also described the Journal’s reporting as a “thoughtful and detailed investigation” and concluded that Trump’s defamation claims “lack merit.”
The judge left open the possibility that Trump could be ordered to pay the newspaper’s attorneys’ fees.
Trump can appeal, but for now, this is a major legal defeat.

Organizations supporting Ukraine purchased a prominent advertisement in response to praise directed at Vladimir Putin by Steve Witkoff.
An exceptionally direct message aimed at the U.S. administration has appeared in the print edition of the New York Post.
Razom for Ukraine, the American Coalition for Ukraine, and Nova Ukraine purchased a full-page advertisement in the newspaper’s October 29th issue, featuring the core message: “Pressure Russia, not Ukraine.”
At the top of the advertisement, a compliment paid to Vladimir Putin by Steve Witkoff—a special envoy for U.S. President Donald Trump—is prominently displayed.
“You are also a humanitarian, sir. I appreciate that and give you credit for it,” Witkoff said to Putin in October.
