Some context on the tweet about rule additions. Propr is still relatively new to prop trading, and we don’t claim to have nailed risk management/compliance from day one, especially when we first drafted our terms and funded agreements. Much of that agreement was modeled on Breakout, the leading perps prop firm, which I think does a fantastic job. A few weeks after launch, we updated our funded terms to align almost one-to-one with Breakout’s, notably with: - Non-replicable or high-risk strategies - Using one strategy to pass the evaluation and a different one on the funded account Over the weekend, I brought our rules page in line with those funded terms, which is why the change appeared. I acknowledge that the communication around this should have been better, and that’s my mistake. These rules are standard at Breakout and replicated by most other perps prop firms. To protect the firm, we’d rather build on established industry standards than reinvent them. That said, we never enforced the strategy-switching rule, and we’ve since removed it. As a trader, Propr comes with very few rules. We aim to create an environment where, for traders and agents alike, it feels just like trading on a live account. But like every perps prop firm, we have to prevent toxic behavior, which is why our terms often look similar to theirs

Perpify is misrepresenting its numbers. Their “payout” data is just our payouts indexed as their own. They couldn’t even get that right: they also scraped our affiliate payouts and counted them. Any Propr affiliate supporting or promoting Perpify will be removed from the program
