Federal investigators have identified 405 people they believe are not U.S. citizens who voted in Washington state elections. These people cast more than 1,500 ballots over multiple elections.

🚨 DHS just confirmed 250,000 non-citizens registered to vote in only four states: California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada.

Proactive states working with the SAVE program already found another 28,000 non-citizens plus 400,000 deceased people still on the rolls. And activist judges are fighting the program that found them. 🗳️

A USPS letter carrier in Utah just got indicted for allegedly dumping more than 300 mail-in ballots in a church parking lot dumpster.
Acting Deputy Attorney General Trent McCotter: “the carrier knew they were ballots. They were clearly marked. He threw them in the trash anyway. They never reached the June 23 primary voters.”
One carrier. One route. Hundreds of ballots gone.
This is what happens when ballots leave the voter’s hands and travel through a system no county fully controls. Delayed. Lost. Dumped. Destroyed. And now it’s a federal indictment.

HSI has arrested 5 more non-citizens and charged them with illegally voting in the state of Florida.
The latest 5 arrests include:
Diane Wendy Curley, a permanent resident from Canada, was arrested on October 21 and charged with voting in 2022 and 2024. She has past convictions for resisting an officer and battery on a law enforcement officer, plus arrests for domestic battery and violating a protection order. She entered the U.S. legally in 1991 and got permanent resident status in 1994.
Luis Manuel Perez, a permanent resident from Cuba, was arrested on October 21 and charged with voting in 2022 and 2024. He has a prior arrest for battery. He entered the U.S. illegally in 1981 and received permanent resident status in 1985.
Jaimie Orlando Sosa Sardina, a permanent resident from Cuba, was arrested on October 22 and charged with registering to vote in 2022 and voting in 2022 and 2024. He entered the U.S. in 1967 and got permanent resident status in 1968. He has convictions for aggravated battery on a police officer, resisting an officer with violence, and disturbing the peace, plus arrests for RICO violations, cocaine trafficking, and disorderly conduct.
Pedro Igor Almeida Franco, a permanent resident from Brazil, was arrested on October 21 and charged with voting in 2024. He entered the U.S. legally in 1998 and received permanent resident status in 2005.
Lise Marie Johnson, a permanent resident from Canada, was arrested on October 22 and charged with registering to vote in 2021 and voting in 2022. She entered the U.S. legally multiple times between 1994 and 2014 and got permanent resident status in 2015.

Election-day voter disenfranchisement is unacceptable. Yet, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) has effectively dismissed my concerns about known election-day problems. Regardless of Party, we all want and deserve fair elections. There's still time to act before November 3!
As a roving election attorney since the 2022 primary, I've observed an average of 10 vote centers during each of the past five Arizona elections. I witnessed the printer problems in the 2022 primary that foreshadowed the general election debacle. I served on Kari Lake's post-election legal team, and I testified at her trial.
The pattern: Problems observed during primaries reappear on a larger scale during general elections.
The problem: I observed at 10 vote centers during the July 21, 2026 primary, and here is what I saw:
1. Site books failing simultaneously at 8 of my 10 vote centers.
2. Broken tabulators at 3 of my 10 vote centers that the Maricopa County Elections Department (MCED) failed to replace.
3. MCED has decided to ignore the law by NOT TRAINING poll workers to encourage on-site tabulation of mail-in ballots, which will ensure that AZ voters will not know the final election results for 7–10 days.
4. Voting resources misallocated among vote centers.
I documented these problems in a report submitted to the BOS. After more than a month, Deputy County Attorney Joseph E. La Rue responded, essentially dismissing my concerns without offering concrete solutions. I challenged his response in a detailed rebuttal.

🚨🚨🚨🚨Here is my article on the sting that caught Arizona Democratic groups trying to register noncitizens and a felon to vote - as a former Maricopa County prosecutor and the former Maricopa County Elections attorney, I believe they committed crimes, the crime of attempting a crime. A.R.S. § 13-1001 et seq. criminalize attempts at a crime where there is intent plus a substantial step toward completing it. Thanks to @realmuckraker for this amazing expose.
Now the @DOJFraudDiv @CivilRights needs to do exactly what it did after Nick Shirley uncovered the fraud in Learing Centers, and conduct its own stings and investigations. Based on Muckraker's secret recordings, this appears to be common and widespread among these Democratic organizations.
Opinion: According to an undercover video by Muckraker, canvassers working with Democratic-aligned groups in Arizona appeared willing to register noncitizens and a felon to vote. Our piece looks at the state statutes involved.

I asked a reporter why they haven't reported that I have received every major law enforcement endorsement. She said her editor wouldn't let her.
I appreciate her honesty. But it shows the sad state of where AZ media is. We made history. A challenger to the sitting AG received every major law enforcement endorsement and they don't report it.
If a Republican AG was the incumbent and the Democrat challenger received every major law enforcement endorsement, you would hear about it 24/7 and in every story about the race.
