Every year I get my property tax notice and I’m amazed at how much we pay for the SLC City Library. Like we better be checking out a lot of books. Then consider that a portion of our property tax goes to cover the county library as well

I ran the St George Marathon yesterday. So grateful for everyone who ran with, trained with, and supported me. It was really tough but I got my goal of 4 hours!

Every day a customer says, “you have the best cards!” I spend a lot of time choosing those cards. Some customers will stand at the card display for 30 minutes and laugh. Sometimes shopping local gives little lifts of spirit most people didn’t even know they needed.

To the Milkers credit… the bees team store has the best hat selection in the state. Better than Jazz, Mammoth, and BYU. I don’t look for Ute gear so can’t comment there
