Why many young people struggle with housing costs--comparing median home prices to median incomes for those under 40 years old (real terms).
Sam Forstag made a career of parachuting into forest fires. As Democrats fight to win races in solidly red districts, could a man who has dedicated his life to the most dangerous kind of public service signal a new way forward? esquire.com/news-politics/a7…
sickening
BREAKING: The Senate just passed the legislation allowing the devastation of the Boundary Waters.
The motion passed 50-49, and now goes to Donald Trump’s desk.
The way Republicans passed this bill that prevents future administrations from issuing protections for Superior National Forest, so this pristine land will be exploited in perpetuity unless Congress intervenes to reverse this decision.
The state of Minnesota can still block the Chilean mining corporation from operating in Superior National Forest and protect the Boundary Waters from pollution.
nuts. a completely unserious response to a very real affordability crisis.
juice housing supply and target subsidies to permanently affordable homes at price points that the market isn't hitting. don't argue that social services aren't worth paying for

Exactly the type of Democrat we need to break through the noise at this moment-->

RIP D’Angelo, don’t even know what to say. Three timeless albums, each one an incredible expansion of his sound—a peerless, flawless discography. It wouldn’t even be crazy to say he released the best album of the 90s, the 2000s, and the 2010s. One of our greatest artists.
If you’re going to impose your phone on the people around you in the middle of a 3D movie to take crappy bootleg photos that you’ll never look at again, at least shoot it through the 3D glasses.

Hope this proves helpful for everyone, thanks
Lampard might not be the best manager in the world but at least he gets the club and jumps up and down when we score 🥰. Unlike that awful Dyche who would have had us 12th last season without the point deductions 😡

“Look at the last 3 seasons, it’s got to be a truth line and we’re trying to rebuild a team… I still expect more, don’t expect the first 2 games to go like this, that’s fair and definitely my responsibility.” - Sean Dyche.

Across the 17 clubs to remain in the Premier League from last season, only 14 new signings started on the opening weekend.
This is probably not what you expect from the world's richest league, so why was there was so little player turnover?

Dyche got just about 50 points last season with these players. That’s incredible in the context of this club.
People say this like the club is sliding towards relegation when we’re actually just a solid mid table side that will win some games and lose some games.
Everton fans have a tendency to take credit for the club’s successes while washing their hands of its failures. If cheering loudly causes a squad to perform well and win games then what happens when you boo players onto the field and clear the stands the first game of the season?
