Don't let anyone use sovereignty to gaslight you. Sovereign nations don't hold peace talks with terrorists who occupy territory in said sovereignty nation.
A sovereign nation doesn't have a military that is compromised by Jihadists and Bokoharam members.
Where was the sovereign nation when Christians in Benue were massacred for decades?
Where was the sovereign Nation when 200+ souls were burnt to death in Yelewata?
Were was the sovereign nation when Deborah was lynched by terrorists mobs because of blasphemy?
A sovereign nation doesn't have a constitution that says killing is a crime and then let's Terrorist mobs kill anyone they want in the name of Sharia.
A sovereign nation doesn't reward criminals with appointments.
Even the president doesn't believe in one Nigeria.

He never jumped bail - his home was invaded as he waited for his day in court.
Till this day, the judiciary still hasn’t brought in the charges - it’s now nearing five years.
He must not die in detention - everyone knows how potentially dangerous and explosive this could be.

The continued prosecution of MAZI NNAMDI KANU is supposed to be opposed by all and sundry - By Aloy Ejimakor
Lately, some individuals and civic groups have, in some show of support for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, indicated that they will ‘monitor’ his trial. While it’s commendable that Kanu has attracted such avalanche of support across the spectrum, it’s important to make it clear that there’s not supposed to be any trial to monitor, not to talk of prosecuting him in the first place. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu cannot be tried on the basis of the infamous extraordinary rendition that saw him to Nigeria. If you truly support Kanu and rule of law is to oppose his prosecution.
To better understand how Kanu ended up in Nigeria and why he’s not supposed to face trial, you need to juxtapose it to what happened to Umaru Dikko in 1984 and its fallouts. Dikko’s kidnapping was, like this one of Kanu, a brazen act of attempted extraordinary rendition, which - by the way - is a grave State crime under the canons of international law that bind Nigeria as a bonafide member of comity or nations. When it happens, dire consequences must ensue and one of them is this: By the dint of such egregious misconduct, the complicit rogue State permanently loses its prosecutorial power over the victim of the rendition.
Though the kidnapping of Dikko failed, it brought the following consequences: Britain swiftly arrested several suspects, four were convicted and they served years in prison. Britain expelled the Nigerian High Commissioner and broke diplomatic relations with Nigeria for 2 years. And most tellingly, Nigeria’s subsequent requests to Britain to extradite Dikko and others were summarily denied.
As regards Kanu, Nigeria has, by her own hands, lost its jurisdiction to subject him to trial. In other words, no valid prosecutorial action can proceed from such a manifestly criminal conduct by a State. So, when you say you will be monitoring Kanu’s trial or that you want a fair trial for him, you are unwittingly buying into a grievous State crime that should shock your conscience, like it shocked the conscience of the several international tribunals that have condemned what happened to Kanu.
Now, you have seen why you must oppose Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s continued prosecution/detention and join the train (for his freedom) before it leaves the station to Aso Rock for #MNKOct20.
Terrorists who carried arms against the State & killed countless lives are freed in Nigeria but a man who canvassed for #BiafraReferendum which is a democratic process, so his people who are mainly Christians & Jews won't be slaughtered is denied freedom.
#Democracy failed us.

Buhari treated Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as his private prisoner while he was President of Nigeria, convinced that Kanu’s message was a threat to their most prized real estate, Nigeria itself.
But Buhari wasn’t alone in that mindset. He found willing accomplices among some politicians from the South East, who viewed Nnamdi Kanu as a threat to their fragile political ambitions in the region and beyond.
It’s time to end it.

BREAKING NEWS
FREEDOM AT LAST!
REMAINING 24 BIAFRAN INMATES REGAIN FREEDOM AFTER OVER FOUR YEARS OF UNLAWFUL DETENTION
Justice Delayed, But Never Denied!
A momentous chapter was written today, Thursday, 17th July 2025, at the Ebonyi State High Court, as the last batch of 24 Biafran detainees, out of a group of 36 unjustly held since May 24, 2020, were finally discharged and acquitted of all lingering frivolous and unfounded charges.
These innocent citizens had endured years of prolonged, unconstitutional detention under recycled and repackaged allegations/charges , even after being severally discharged and acquitted on the same facts by not less than five respectable High Courts in Ebonyi State.
Today’s historic ruling followed our preliminary objection which powerfully highlighted the brazen violation of their fundamental rights: particularly the constitutionally guaranteed protection against double jeopardy, enshrined under Section 36(9) of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended). This sacred principle, autrefois acquit, stipulates that no person shall be tried again for an offence in respect of which they have previously been acquitted.
In a bold, fearless, and intellectually profound ruling, His Lordship, Hon. Justice I. P. Chima, upheld our arguments in their entirety and lent judicial weight to the cause of justice. We salute the learned Judge’s exceptional courage, depth of reasoning, and unwavering commitment to the sanctity of the Constitution. His erudition and moral clarity have restored faith in the judiciary as the last hope of the common man.
Above all, we return all glory, honour, and adoration to the Most High God -ChukwuOkike Abiama—our eternal rock, fortress, and deliverer. This is another unprecedented victory, made possible only by His mighty hand. We acknowledge that without Him, this milestone would not have been possible.
In line with the court’s directive for their immediate release, we are taking prompt steps to ensure full compliance without delay. I must also commend my devoted colleagues in chambers, whose tireless research, resilience, and dedication have once again produced this noble triumph. Your efforts are deeply appreciated.
We are also grateful to the legal team of the Government of Ebonyi State, who, in open court, pledged to ensure this judgment is obeyed to the letter. Similarly, the correctional authorities have undertaken to immediately hand over the freed detainees to us without resistance or delay; a commitment we shall hold them to.
The joy of today will ripple far beyond the walls of the courtroom. It will be a thing of immense joy seeing the reunification of these families, some of whose wives had been abandoned, children lost, and parents buried in sorrow during this long period of incarceration. Now, we look forward to the healing and rebuilding phase. We urge the relevant agencies of the Ebonyi State Government to urgently consider appropriate measures for rehabilitation and reparation of these victims, even without prompting.
Today marks the end of a painful four year ordeal. The light of justice has finally pierced through the dark clouds of oppression.
Once again, to the Almighty God be all the glory; it can only be Him. With God, we have conquered.
Justice has spoken. Freedom is restored. A new chapter begins.

This is one of the reasons I don't like @ruffydfire journalism at @AriseNews_ #TheMorningShow.
@OjyOkpe's "What's Trending", about the Liberian President response to Trump, with "sir", is a matter of "COURTESY", not condescending as Rufai's envelope journalist sees it.
