Yes, PAG Sunday... take this FEDERAL too!
CPS is funded and regulated by the federal government—primarily through the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. So not just the State, everyone involved needs to be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
I’m calling on the @PAAttorneyGen and @DA_LarryKrasner to prosecute everyone for endangering a child. From the DHS officials who let this woman be a foster mom after she had another child removed for abuse, whoever was responsible for wellness checks, and whoever decided not to pursue charging her with a crime the first time she abused a kid share.inquirer.com/THkhUX

They were told #CapriceWilliams should never foster again.
The systems continues to failed children across country. #MalayshiaAllfird shouldn’t have been place in that house in the first place. 👇
In 2021, a 4-year-old girl in Carprice Williams’ West Philadelphia home was hospitalized and nearly died from a traumatic brain injury and severe malnutrition. A review panel of city and state officials recommended she never again be used as a foster parent. She appealed the abuse finding, and it was later expunged.
Years later, 10-year-old Malayshia Allford was placed in her care and now she’s dead.
How does a child end up placed with someone a review panel already said should never foster again? #TrueCrime

#BREAKING | I have questions! 👀
#CapriceWilliams a #Philadelphia elementary school TEACHER just got charged with the brutal murder of the 10-year-old foster daughter, #MalayshiaAlford she was supposed to protect.
Caprice Williams, 36, taught at Cassidy Elementary (and previously worked as a special education teacher at Young Scholars Charter School).
Malayshia Alford lived with her for about 2 years. Her body was found in the trunk of a car in New Jersey after days of conflicting stories.
Cause of death: blunt force trauma.
There were signs of physical abuse.
She had no prior criminal record.
That raises the hard questions nobody wants to ask out loud:
• How many other students did she have unsupervised access to as a special ed teacher?
• Was Malayshia the first foster child placed in her care? If not, where are the others? — and what do their records show?
• Did any previous placements report injuries, behavioral changes, or sudden “moves”?
The investigation is still active. DHS and the school district need to pull every file connected to her.
What do you think authorities should check first — her full teaching history, prior foster placements, or both? I say investigate everything! #TrueCrime
Another disgraced Philadelphia "celebrity" that has turned to bluecheck rage baiting to generate income...
Lol.. #Communist

Another foster child was murdered in Pennsylvania, and no one will do anything about it. The state is going to do an “inquest” and call it a day. They are not going to address the elephant in the fucking room. Kids keep being removed because parents can’t afford to live.
Gotcha Day, Rehoming Day, Yeet the Baby Day, Ancestry Erasure Day Baby trafficking Day..etc. Who the fuck are these people!?
This is horrible.
TRAGIC UPDATE: BODY REPORTEDLY FOUND IN NEW JERSEY IN SEARCH FOR MISSING 10-YEAR-OLD WEST PHILADELPHIA GIRL
A heartbreaking development has been reported in the search for 10-year-old Jalayshia Alford, who disappeared from West Philadelphia more than a week ago.
According to 6ABC reporter Sharrie Williams, law enforcement sources say the child’s body was discovered inside a vehicle in Lindenwold, New Jersey.
Jalayshia had been missing since October 26, when she was last reportedly seen in the 500 block of North Simpson Street in West Philadelphia.
FOSTER MOTHER AND GRANDFATHER REPORTEDLY QUESTIONED
Williams reports that Jalayshia’s foster mother and the foster mother’s father, identified as the child’s grandfather, are being questioned by investigators.
The Philadelphia Police Department and FBI are both involved in the investigation.
Authorities had previously raised concerns about conflicting accounts surrounding the child’s disappearance, with investigators working to establish an accurate timeline of her last known movements.
A large police presence was also reported Wednesday evening near Daggett and Vine streets in West Philadelphia as the search intensified.
INVESTIGATION ONGOING
The reported discovery has not yet been independently confirmed through an official police announcement. Authorities have not publicly released a cause or manner of death, and no criminal charges have been announced in connection with the reported discovery.
This remains a developing investigation. Additional information will be provided as authorities release confirmed details.
