If you’re happy to refer to me as “cïs”, then you be prepared to be referred as mentally ill. That’s the tweet.

"Gender identity doesn't erase homosexuality" Proceeds to erase homosexuality.
Depends on their gender identity and presentation. If a gay person is having sex with someone, it's probably because they see them as the same gender.

Eli is so so wrong. We actually went from “we just want to pee” to any male who says he is a woman can now go EVERYWHERE where the spaces are for women only. That was the gateway- WE JUST WANT TO PEE…
Piers Morgan CHALLENGES Eli Erlick, a trans activist over biological males competing in women’s boxing: “If a 6-foot-5, 230-pound biological male wants to compete in women’s boxing, would you be happy with that?” Her response? “There are 6-foot-5, 300-pound cis women too.” The debate gets VERY interesting from here… Piers Morgan: So if a 6-foot-5-inch, 230-pound biological male boxer says, “I would like to compete in women’s boxing,” would you be happy with that? Eli Erlick: There are 6-foot-5, 300-pound cis women too. Can they not compete? Piers Morgan: They don’t have the same physiology as a biological male. They don’t have the same lung capacity or muscle mass. You have an in-built, superior physiological advantage over biological females. That’s the problem. Eli Erlick: Not necessarily. Estrogen absolutely wreaks havoc on our muscular systems, on our ability to perform in sports. It greatly affects our capacity to participate. Zuby: This is where a lot of the backlash against the so-called trans community comes from. When people start arguing about biological males competing in female sports, this is where people get lost. Eli Erlick: This isn’t about sports. It’s a gateway for the right to begin banning trans people from public— Piers Morgan: No, no, no. I’m not right wing. I want trans people to have fairness and equality, and the same human rights as everybody else. Eli Erlick: Even if you don’t personally consider yourself on the right, it’s still a gateway into banning trans people from different facilities outside of sports. Piers Morgan: I don’t want to ban trans people. I would like trans people to either compete against their own biological sex, which seems to me the easiest thing to do, or compete in a new section altogether of trans athletes. What’s wrong with that? Eli Erlick: So a new separate but equal league is what you’re saying. Zuby: The solution is very simple. Have an open sports league and a female-only sports league. If you want females to participate in sports, you need a separate league because they can’t compete in open competition against men. Piers Morgan: I completely agree.

A new law that risks criminalising parents who question whether their children are trans must be scrapped, MPs, peers and experts have demanded. ‘Gender’, as opposed to sex, is an anti-scientific myth. If a child with a penis announces that he is really a girl, parents and teachers have a positive duty to educate him in the scientific truth that he is a boy. Of course no parent should use physical or psychological abuse for any reason. But if anyone should be prosecuted it is those who abuse their duty of care by encouraging children in the anti-scientific delusion that they can choose their own sex. telegraph.co.uk/politics/202…

Gender Identity is nowhere defined in law, and every activist you speak to gives a different definition. Spaces are designated by sex, its fine if an organisation has a space open to both males and females, but they need to clearly label it "mixed sex".

I have a request. Please don’t support the organizations that have betrayed homosexual people. Gay rights is about sexual relationships. That’s it. Some people are only attracted to people of the opposite sex. They are straight. Some only to people of the same sex. They are gay or lesbian. Some to both. They are bisexual. Every single “LGBTQ+” organisation in the world has abandoned those clear definitions and has betrayed gay, lesbian and bisexual people. If you don’t believe a straight man can call himself a “lesbian” and demand access to lesbian spaces if he “identifies” as a woman, please stop supporting “LGBTQ+” organizations. If you don’t believe a girl who says she is a boy should be “affirmed” in that belief — and given access to puberty blockers and testosterone, and at 18 allowed to have her (healthy) breasts surgically removed, please stop supporting “LGBTQ+” organizations. We need to return to a state of sanity. Please help.

Gay scene is not necessarily the leather and kink scene, where Trans and gender non-conforming folks have always played role (along with leather dykes). And trans women were crucial for AIDS outreach. You not encountering that is more about your narrow view and experience.

When people try to wash away the fact that Africans enslaved and sold their own people, I simply laugh. Walk into many African homes today and you will still find children from relatives, late relatives, or family friends living there. It is framed as “home training.” In reality, many of these children are worked hard, beaten, and treated as free labor while the guardians collect money for them. Yes, the transatlantic trade was inhuman. Yes, Africans participated in it. And yes, some of the same mindset continues in how certain children are treated in homes right now. We cannot only call out those who enslaved us while refusing to face what we did and what some of us are still doing.

Exquisitely withering post from JK 🙌 ⬇️ How dare Simon Blake suggest "less heated" debate around "trans" ideology. Fgs, he should issue a MASSIVE apology for all the harm done by the capture of Stonewall since 2015. For starters, how many gay youth have been coerced into thinking they're "trans' due to @stonewalluk?
A lot of us were very willing to have a debate without heat, @stonewalluk, and the reason that never happened wasn't because gender critical feminists didn't want one. While we were trying to get you to listen to our concerns, your former CEO was telling a BBC boss that gay people not wanting to include the opposite sex in their dating pool was 'sexual racism'. While we were pointing out the homophobia inherent in gender ideology, Stonewall ambassador Alex Drummond (a bearded, heterosexual man who'd had no surgery and taken no cross-sex hormones but liked wearing skirts), was going into schools to talk to students about his 'lesbian' identity. @BluskyeAllison, who actually is a lesbian, was subject to unlawful discrimination at her place of work for tweeting: ‘Stonewall recently hired Morgan Page, a male bodied person who ran workshops with the sole aim of coaching heterosexual men who identify as lesbians on how they can coerce young lesbians into having sex with them. Page called [it] “overcoming the cotton ceiling”.’ When the UK Supreme Court upheld women's right to single sex spaces, you issued a statement expressing your unhappiness about the ruling. In her report on your unhappy influence at the University of Essex, you were found by barrister @akuareindorf to have misrepresented the law as it related to women's rights: '[Stonewall have] stated the law as Stonewall would prefer it to be, rather than the law as it is’. In 2018, you publicly advised schools to shred a research pack saying there were risks to puberty blockers, in spite of the fact that you aren't a medical charity and that there was already credible evidence that puberty blockers are neither irreversible nor harm-free. Meanwhile you produced your own educational packs, recommending a children's book, for ages 5-9, in which the parent 'is neither a man, nor a woman – they’re non-binary.' In July 2022, Stonewall sent out a tweet that read ‘Research suggests that children as young as two recognise their trans identity'. @thetimes has reported how you've sought to control the language used by NHS trusts and government on their social-media accounts. Organisations would get points from you for replacing commonly understood words with ideologically approved terms, eg, 'birthing parent' instead of 'mother'. thetimes.com/uk/society/arti… In short, you took a maximalist position on gender identity ideology, which you attempted to enforce by diktat. You refused to acknowledge that you'd hitched your wagon to a cause that, unlike civil rights, gay rights or women's rights, sought to strip rights from others. You sought to curtail everyone's right to freedom of speech and belief by controlling what it was permissible to think and say, through the management and political class. You have argued against women's and girl's rights to their own spaces, their sports and to assemble without men. Your former CEO tried to shame gay women/men into dating the opposite sex if the latter claimed to be female/male. Your mantra was 'no debate' because, like all totalitarians, you preferred slogans, bullying and infiltration of powerful institutions to talking to opponents. You appear to have had no concern for the lowly people your ideology was harming: gender confused kids, female rape victims, female prisoners, regular people hounded and investigated at their places of work for refusing to accept the new mandates on sex and gender issued from on high. Your 'activism' has been a disaster for those trans-identified people who really do just want to get on with their lives in peace. You have besmirched the name of an organisation many of us were once proud to donate to, the charity that was partly responsible for securing the legal right of gay people to marry, which a lot of us thought would never happen in our lifetimes. The milquetoast words quoted below do not erase a decade of gender activism that has been disastrous not only for individuals but for society as a whole. There was once a debate to be had, but until you acknowledge the direct harm you've caused, it is no more possible to debate you than to persuade a person in the throes of a drug-induced psychosis that they are not, in fact, the reincarnated Christ.

Exactly this. I’m a gay man and I’ve been blocked by the organisation that’s meant to be the champion of my rights.
It is simply mind-blowing that an organisation set up to protect people who simply want to love and desire who they love and desire, and not to be shamed for it or discriminated against for it, has turned into an organisation arguing that gay people who aren't open to sleeping with the opposite sex are morally reprehensible.

Slavery was an evil in which people from every continent and region participated. We should be honest about the whole history, not select the parts that are politically convenient today, especially given Britain's leading role in ending the transatlantic slave trade. If Caribbean countries are asking Britain for a formal apology for Britain’s role in the transatlantic slave trade, will they also be asking the same of the descendants of African kingdoms, rulers and merchants who captured, sold and profited from the trade? On demands for reparations, whether through cash or debt relief, we have been down this track before. Twenty-five years ago, Jubilee 2000, Drop the Debt and Make Poverty History argued that cancelling the debts of poorer countries would give them a fresh start. More than $100 billion of debt was eventually written off, but many of those countries have since built up even bigger debts. Labour are already spending too much on Britain's welfare state, now is not the time for Andy Burnham to be providing global welfare. There is no reason British taxpayers today should be held financially responsible for things that happened generations before any of us were born. And I have even less patience for political elites in commonwealth countries who don’t know how to make their own citizens prosperous now looking for another opportunity to blame Britain. As Prime Minister, Andy Burnham should be Britain’s greatest defender. Instead, he is writing articles saying we need to confront our history (as if we haven't done enough of that) and considering another formal historical apology. Tony Blair already expressed Britain’s deep sorrow and regret for our role in the slave trade nearly twenty years ago. There is no need to do so again. This is all another navel-gazing distraction. The Commonwealth should be looking forward, not endlessly backwards. That means economic partnerships to make us all richer and deeper military and security cooperation against common threats. If every Commonwealth summit becomes an exercise in presenting Britain with demands for cash then we need to start asking if it is worth the effort.

Can we stop pretending these people are not mentally ill? Can we stop pretending that medical abuse is 'treatment'? Can we stop pretending that being 'trans' is normal, or healthy?
Can we stop pretending that people who hate their own sex enough to pretend they're the opposite sex are stunning and brave? Can we stop allowing young women to mutilate their healthy bodies? Can we stop doctors from facilitating this?

A reminder Homosexual men have been beaten up, tortured, criminalised, chemically castrated, locked up, murdered and executed for not being attracted to the opposite sex There are countries that still do those things now - including Iran which gives them a choice of 'become a hetero woman' or execution If you have the audacity to state 'it won't kill you date a man with a vulva' and that 'genitals dont matter' - What the actual fck is wrong with you? Gay men don't do vag and you bullying them on line for that fact just makes you an ignorant homophobic POS
