Just like people, T cells get exhausted. Taking a break helps! Here, the authors developed a SNIP CAR - “a protease-based platform for regulating CAR activity using an FDA-approved small molecule”, which showed diminished T cell exhaustion bit.ly/3LgUqUr #Immunotherapy
