Constipation on carnivore means you've gone lean, and the cure is the thing the diet was supposed to be built on in the first place. Meat is almost entirely absorbed. There's very little left over to pass, so a carnivore going once a day or once every two days, comfortably, isn't constipated. That's what happens when food stops being mostly packaging. The bran that used to bulk everything out was never doing you a favour; it was a cargo you paid to carry through. The actual complaint, hard, dry, an effort, is a different thing, and it has one cause. Fat. Fat is what moves the gut. A fatty meal tells the gallbladder to empty, bile goes in, and bile is the body's own laxative, which is why a pound of lean steak sits like a brick and the same steak with the cap on and a knob of butter melting over it goes through like it was expected. Lean mince, chicken breast, egg whites and a tin of tuna is a plate with the plumbing turned off, and the person eating it blames the meat. So the fix is never fibre and never a sachet. It's the butter you were told to leave off, the 20% instead of the 5%, cream in the coffee, the fat cap eaten first. Within a day or two the problem has gone, and it stays gone as long as the plate shines. Which is the point. A diet of meat only works when the fat is on it. Take the fat off and you have a bodybuilder's cut with worse manners, and the gut is the first thing to file a complaint. Carnivore is high fat by definition. The bathroom is where people find that out.

While everyone was focused on the SAVE America Act, Trump and his administration have quietly taken measures to combat Democrat election fraud schemes. -Citizenship verification -Voter roll maintenance -Enforcement against non-citizen voting -Election processes Flashback to the critically important Trump v. Slaughter ruling at the Supreme Court on June 29, 2026. This ruling gave POTUS massive control over two dozen independent regulatory agencies, to include the Elections Assistance Commission (EAC). Trump purged the EAC in July, just days after Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that he had the authority to unilaterally fire EAC commissioners, and all four seats still remain vacant. Trump purged the heads of the agency and never appointed anyone to replace them. The EAC is effectively in a state of limbo, and Trump said he’s allowed to leave the seats vacant, and that the agency will be totally aligned with their election priorities. Since then, Trump has signed EO’s and taken measures to combat illegals registering for mail-in ballots, cleaning up voter rolls, prioritized DOJ maintenance and non-citizen voting laws, and more. The DOJ have also been demanding and suing for unredacted voter registration lists, and have been instructed to increase enforcement of non-citizen voting. The DOJ have it clear they are no longer allowing voter fraud to slide. Trump has been doing everything he can to secure the election without the help of the Senate GOP and the SAVE America Act. Will it be enough? We shall see, but based on how the Dems are behaving, I think Trump has done enough, and I think both sides know it. Prepare for the Dems to start crying about the EAC and the Supreme Court Trump v. Slaughter ruling back in June, because it’s coming.

There is nothing socialist about a system of free movement that is used by multi-nationals to undermine wages. WATCH my Brexit speech today.

The Government were happy to lock you in your house to protect the NHS but seem very reluctant to do anything to protect against the very real pandemic of rape. Though these cunts would probably lock women up at home and let the rapists roam around.

Here’s a thought @andyburnham According to official autumn counts, rough sleepers primarily consists of UK nationals (typically around 60-70% depending on the region). So get all those migrants out of hotels and HMO and put the homeless in them. Deport the migrants. Sorted.

In a competently run society we'd ask why ANY state pensioners would pay income tax on a state pension..? 🤡 Also, Rachel From Accounts did this last year 🤡🤡 State pensioners with no other income will not pay tax bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cev8…

Bullshit @bbcnews headlines like “Pensioners to be shielded from tax” is lazy, socialist leaning rubbish. #Healey is proposing a very small amount of cover for the poorest pensioners only. Caused by him not indexing the personal allowance. Why not index the personal allowance for all?

What a cockwomble! 🤣
Sky news outside number 10 London! Just now. “It looks like number 10 is tying itself in knots over Brexit” 😂 They got that right. And it’s all unravelling.  Only 3 months into the job, Burnham is already backtracking on Labour’s manifesto red lines.  Just look at his comments today🤦‍♀️ he’s claiming he wants the UK to rejoin the EU in his “lifetime” and throwing the door open to an “honest discussion” about bringing back EU freedom of movement.  At the exact same time, he’s desperately trying to manage the backlash by insisting he won’t do it without a referendum and promising there’s  “no election coming soon”. If that isn’t the definition of a government tying itself in knots, I don’t know what is. What a cockwomble!  Instead of focusing on the Budget or delivering on the growth he promised, Burnham has chosen to drag the country straight back into the toxic Brexit debates again! And don’t forget the Makerfield promise. He’s worse than Starmer.
