BREAKING | Three-year-old Maryam Ahmed Ghanem was asleep when an Israeli occupation strike hit her family’s apartment near the Abu Talal junction in Al-Rimal, west Gaza City, at around 4am on Wednesday. Journalist Ali Al-Jaafarawi ran to the building after hearing the blast. When he climbed up to the burning apartment, the first thing he found was Maryam, crying in the middle of the flames, with the fire and smoke too thick for anyone to reach her. He went in anyway, carried her out and handed her to people waiting to rush her to hospital. When he went back inside to look for others, the smoke overwhelmed him and he lost consciousness, but not before he saw a woman burning inside the apartment .That woman was Maryam’s mother, in her thirties, killed in the strike. Her father was killed at the start of the genocide. Maryam survived the fire, and she is now an orphan. Others in the apartment, including children, were wounded, and civil defence crews struggled to evacuate them, all of it a year into a ceasefire that was supposed to stop exactly this. ali.a.aljafarawi2 (IG)

Criticizing Israel’s genocide is not enough for me. You have to be explicitly anti Israel. I don’t want to see Israel become a thriving democracy that respects human rights. I don’t want to see a socialist revolution carried out by the Israeli working class I want Israel gone, war criminals prosecuted and the colonizers forced to go back home

I think a large part of the reason Black liberals hate the Palestine movement is because it exposes how far right they've shifted, and now white activists, artists, and politicians are to the left of them, stepping into radical roles Black people were once known for.

Communism did not massacre indigenous peoples to establish a state. Communism did not bomb half the globe. Communism did not colonize the entire world. Communism did not invade most of Asia. Communism did not engage in the African slave trade. Communism did not turn the Middle East into a powder keg. Communism did not wage the two Opium Wars against China, nor did it burn down the Old Summer Palace. Communism did not commit genocide in Gaza. Communism did not impose a decades-long blockade on North Korea, Cuba, Venezuela, Syria, and Iran. Communism did not leave Maui residents to jump into the sea to escape the flames while 102 people were burned alive without military rescue. Communism did not abandon the Surfside rescue after 98 people died, then parade the recovery of a cat as an achievement. Communism did not leave Texans freezing and begging for help while officials mocked the victims, preached that only the strong survive, denounced public rescue as “socialism,” and allowed 246 people to die. Communism did not allow ICE to shoot and kill two unarmed American citizens in Minnesota. Communism didn't it. You did it.

Gaddafi proposed a gold-backed African currency. NATO destroyed his country. Slave markets appeared. Saddam switched oil sales from dollars to euros. The U.S. invaded. Oil was repriced in dollars. Mossadegh nationalized Iranian oil. The CIA overthrew him. Oil returned to Western control. Allende nationalized Chilean copper. The CIA installed Pinochet. Copper returned to Western corporations. Árbenz redistributed unused United Fruit Company land. The CIA overthrew him. Land returned to the corporation. Five leaders. Five countries. Five nationalizations or currency challenges. Five destructions. Every leader who challenged Western corporate control of their nation's resources was overthrown or killed.

This is why I hate when people pretend that it was Israel who corrupted America No Israel is America’s bastard child who copied the deranged actions of American culture Manifest Destiny and the Monroe Doctrine is the same as the Greater Israel project
The Monroe Doctrine has shaped U.S. foreign policy for over two centuries. 🇺🇸 American dominance in the Western Hemisphere will never be questioned again.

The U.S. post-9/11 wars have forcibly displaced at least 38 million people. This exceeds those displaced by every war since the start of the 20th century, except for World War II. [1/3]

We were taught the story of WWII wrong. This is the main reason many of us are so confused (at least on the West). You see, we were told that in the Second World War, two major armies were fighting the Nazis: the Red Army and the American-led army, uniting France, Britain and other countries. The only problem is, the Nazis and the American-led coalition of nations were in perfect agreement on everything the world except one issue. Both the Americans and the Germans believed in the values of colonialism, ethnic cleansing and genocide. Both believed that black people were subhuman, and that Asians, Arabs, native Americans, and Slavs (read: all indigenous people on earth outside Western Europe) were inferior races - beliefs that now unite Europe, the US and other white colonies around the world. Both believed their whiteness represented a divine right to rule and subjugate all of humanity, and own all its resources. The only difference between the two sides was the Jewish question: Americans idolized them, and Germans demonized them. That's the entire difference. It is a minor dispute in an otherwise perfect harmony. - The punchline is this: the story of WWII was not the USSR and the US fighting one Nazi amy. The real story was the USSR fighting two Nazi armies. And the Soviets made amazing gains and had heroic achievements, but eventually they lost the war when the Soviet Union was brought down in the early 1990s. What we are seeing today is THIS WWII - the real WWII - still being waged, with Russia and China still fending off the Nazi attack (of which Japan is still a part, and Zionist is a central spearhead). The war never ended. It just evolved. The big difference now, which guarantees the defeat of the white supremacist, Jew-idolizing Nazis, is the reemergence of new-old anti-Nazi forces: China as the biggest and most powerful military and industrial power on earth; Iran as a major native power sitting on top of the world's energy reserves, and Russia regaining its confidence and power after the trauma of the 1990s (Yemen and North Korea add depth and weight to this alliance). Additionally, the US has lost momentum and steam, and the white supremacist civilization is clearly the intellectual and military underdog that will never be able to subjugate all of humanity, and therefore has to collapse under the weight of its own insane delusions and megalomania) If you look at things this way, everything make perfect sense, without gaps and inconsistencies.

A new YouGov poll of more than 7,200 US adults finds a 46 to 28 percent plurality want Benjamin Netanyahu arrested the moment he sets foot in the United States, with independents backing arrest by nearly two to one and Republicans the only bloc breaking the other way. The other 54-72 are the dumb cnts who are the reason why the entire world hates Americans. Democrats back arrest at 63 percent, independents split 46 to 24 in favor, and Republicans oppose it 48 to 28, the sole group where opposition wins. Trump has already foreclosed the question, posting on Truth Social that Netanyahu will not be arrested in the US in any form. The ICC issued warrants for Netanyahu and former defense minister Yoav Gallant in November 2024 for the war crime of starvation as a method of warfare and crimes against humanity including murder and persecution. NYC mayor Zohran Mamdani, who ran on a pledge to have police arrest Netanyahu on sight, says the federal government already holds the authority to execute it and is weighing options ahead of September, when Netanyahu typically returns to New York for the UN General Assembly. Congress passed the American Service-Members' Protection Act in 2002 specifically to let a president use military force to free any American or allied national held by the Hague. Netanyahu is only the highest-profile name currently sheltering under it, and no poll number changes what the law was built to guarantee. Congress built the Hague Invasion Act two decades ago to keep war crimes suspects beyond the reach of international courts, and it is doing exactly what it was designed to do. The law lets a president use military force to stop any American or allied national from facing the Hague, which is why Trump can promise safe passage to a man wanted for starving a besieged population. Almost half the country can identify a war criminal when they see one. Washington's bipartisan legal architecture exists to make sure their answer never counts. Makes sense given USrael is the world's greatest war criminal that it should rig the system to protect itself.

After they bombed 100 Venezuelans to death, after they caused the equivalent of 3 Great Depressions by sanctions, after they kidnapped the president, the CIA finally admits that there is no conclusive evidence to prove that the Venezuelan government ever committed election fraud.

People love saying “socialism never works.” Then they point to Norway as one of the best places to live. Funny how they forget Norway has universal healthcare, free education, strong unions, and public ownership of its oil wealth. Maybe reality is more complicated than the slogan.

People defend capitalism because they confuse it with commerce. They believe “capitalism” is when people start businesses and sell things. If people understood that the thing they call capitalism and love so much is actually just commerce and that it’s not the same thing as capitalism, they would feel very different. This is because a local baker selling bread, a mechanic fixing cars, or an artisan selling wares on a digital storefront is a sign of commerce in a market economy, which is simply a mechanism for exchanging goods and services based on supply and demand. Needless to say, this has existed for thousands of years before capitalism was created. As economic historian Fernand Braudel pointed out, commerce and capitalism are not only distinct; but historically, they have often operated at cross-purposes. According to Braudel, ordinary commerce is competitive and transparent, while capitalism is anti-competitive and deliberately opaque, making it a zone of privilege held by a small elite who bend the rules in their favour. Braudel further argues that commerce, or the market, is horizontal, transparent, and competitive and as old as civilization itself. It involves individuals or small groups trading goods, where barriers to entry are low, no single player dominates, and profit is a reward for fulfilling a specific need. Capitalism, meanwhile, is a specific institutional arrangement that emerged relatively recently in human history, around the 16th to 17th centuries. It is NOT just people “trading stuff”. It is instead the legal and financial system where the means of production are privately owned, and the primary objective is the continuous, infinite accumulation of capital. Because of this accumulation-obssessed nature of capitalism, when it scales up, it seeks to eliminate the free play of commerce to protect its investments. True market competition is risky for massive capital as it drives prices down and threatens profit margins. Braudel contended that capitalism only begins where commerce ends. It is the zone of high finance and state collusion. Because it operates across vast distances such as the 17th-century spice trade, information takes months to travel, which creates a deliberate lack of transparency. Braudel noted that the great capitalists of the early modern era in Madeira and Venice or the Dutch East India Company, never wanted to compete in a fair, transparent market because competition slices profit margins to the bone. Instead, they secured royal charters, exclusive trading rights, and naval protection. At the same time, the state granted them legal monopolies, effectively outlawing competition. Therefore, capitalism naturally trends toward creating monopolies and securing state interventions like bailouts, subsidies, and regulatory capture to shield itself from the very market forces it claims to champion. In fact, the most important takeaway from Braudel’s analysis is that capitalism is NOT the natural evolution or the highest form of the free market, it is its dark shadow. So, when our lizard overlords use “free market” and “capitalism” interchangeably, they’re deliberately hiding this distinction and using the moral legitimacy of the hard-working, transparent business owner to defend the structural privileges of the protected financial elite and its regulatory capture. If ordinary people could comprehend these distinctions, many self-described “capitalists” would realise they are just pro-commerce, and actually anti-capitalist, because it would be clear that defending “capitalism” means defending the right of a small parasite class to bypass the market entirely.
