One of my all-time favourite pieces of travel writing - and a PR’s worst nightmare. “The well-off of the first world have always used the third world as their playground, brothel, resource and factory”: Hanif Kureishi let loose in St Lucia.

We all deserve the clarity to have confidence that the food we buy has not been picked under conditions of migrant exploitation. We deserve a food chain where we can trust that people are working decent jobs for decent pay with the right to live here if they work here. #r4today

🚨I wrote about “brain fog”—one of the most common & disabling symptoms of long COVID (and many other pre-pandemic conditions), and one of the most misunderstood.
