The single-biggest thing companies can do to help the environment is to allow people to work from home. Eliminating even one day of commuting per week would make a massive difference. (the CEO can also stop flying a private jet but we're trying to be realistic)

MVPs have two meanings: 1) Create something that produces the most learning from the least effort. 2) Ship something crappy as quickly as possible. The latter is far more common. The former is far more effective.

We welcome failure usually ends up being: They only do MVPs and never finish what was designed. Everything is just in time and no real research or usability testing is done to validate anything the UX team did. And they still think UX is making things pretty.
