Daniel, existe una enorme cantidad de estudios y literatura que demuestran una correlación directa entre el ejercicio y el bienestar emocional. Si el crío no está emocionalmente regulado, el proceso de aprendizaje no es tan efectivo. Cocinar es vital para la vida, claro.

Con casi 50 años sigo sin entender por qué se imparte EDUCACIÓN FÍSICA en colegios e institutos. Ni porqué es mas importante para un crio de 13 años hacer 10 vueltas a una pista de atletismo o 20 flexiones que aprender por ejemplo, a cocinar.
