Update on the “customer service” from @DPD_UK - zero response at all except for a couple of auto emails telling me I asked them to deliver Sunday (said they would) and then to do it today.
That was not my request from their help desk so I’m puzzled.
Annoyed but not surprised.
@DPD_UK ah well, at least I’m not surprised by your complete lack of response as I wasn’t really expecting you to reply.
