Most dark themes look like a neon sign. Good light themes barely exist. I notice when one tone is slightly off, and it bothers me for days. Fifteen years of that, so I built my own. Light and dark, both calm. Introducing Spalvos. It's native on Omarchy Quattro. 🧵

Woah, this amazing. Moved all of the monospaced branding elements on @mintisdynamics to Paper Mono. Thank you for the great work!
Paper Mono! sooo excited to finally release our free and beautiful mono font it works incredibly well for design, coding, and even prose, and it’s packed with features: variable font weight, coding ligatures, duospacing (!) for long-form text, and more. sound on:

Can’t win with people. @dhh used to advocate reliable systems and people screamed “yo what about SPEED”. Speed is now addressed, and everyone shouts “speed is not everything”.
Last conversion of the Campfire from my token stash goes to JavaScript/Express. As with the others, I'm sure you can find more to optimize. But this gives you a sense of what order of magnitude these options exist within with agent-led development. github.com/basecamp/once-cam…

Opening a PR with Fable 5.1 ate 6% of my session limit. Can't wait to not use it again.

Woah! This is insane. Thanks @_minvs1
just started using @krowkcom by @predkelis in @trip1com . super productive way to see what the agent built without going through the UI, works like a charm. also can upload artifacts, more flexible version of claude artifacts. works super good with T3 Code by @theo

For the past decade, I've been dreading opening my inbox. HEY helped me going through 80% of it. I think the CLI + LLM will cover the remaining 20%. Absolute banger.
HEY what!? HEY yes! The HEY CLI and TUI is out! Calling all terminal dwellers, automation aficionados, and agents. Get your CLI right here: github.com/basecamp/hey-cli The CLI allows you - and your agents - to do almost everything the web, desktop, and mobile apps do. You can compose emails, reply, forward, trash, mark as spam, ignore, label, clip, note, and share. You can create events and to-dos, and even track time. And yes, the HEY Calendar is TUI enabled as well. And BTW, if you use Omarchy it'll pick up your themes too. There's also a menu bar plugin that'll be installed with the CLI. Check out more here: hey.com/omarchy/ Have at it! More HEY goodness is on the way. Got some good stuff brewing. Not on HEY yet? Now's an especially good time to jump on board at hey.com

Every port comes out of the same primitives. Neovim and Ghostty here. Zed, fish, herdr and pi are already in the repo. I'll give each one a proper look over the next six weeks.

Made myself a sweet agent setup on @basecamp Separate board for agents where lists are for "big" builds. Tasks are picked up automatically, and a human gets a kanban card for reviews. Works organically both for agents and humans now. All done via Basecamp CLI

Just got an email from @samlambert with instructions how to improve our Rails + Postgres setup with their newly released set of agent skills. Took like 15 minutes to implement most of the scary stuff I would never touch myself. Godspeed, @PlanetScale.

Why are we all still pretending that the weight of a phone matters?

So @Cloudflare has recently launched support for SMTP for their Email Service. That was my cue to build a gem for sending and receiving email through them. Obviously, has adapters for Action Mailer and Action Mailbox. Running it in production at @rinktacom github.com/elvinaspredkelis/…
