THE DOG BROUGHT THE TRUTH TO LIGHT... NOW 11 PEOPLE FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES!
On Tuesday, a video emerged from Jharkhand's Palamu district showing a dog running around hospital premises with an eight-month-old foetus in its mouth.
Further police investigation revealed that a 16-year-old girl had undergone an illegal abortion at Uttam Hospital and Nipun Ultrasound Center, after which the eight-month-old foetus was dumped on the hospital premises.
Police have registered an FIR against 11 people in connection with the case, invoking several legal provisions, including the POCSO Act, the PC-PNDT Act, and the Clinical Establishments Act.
This is what humans do to 16-year-old girls and eight-month-old foetuses in India!!
Since this morning, many dog haters and news channels like @ndtv have been trying to protect these criminals and shift the blame onto the dog. This is one fine example of how these dog haters and Godi media are human haters as well.

✅ Register an FIR under all legally applicable provisions.
✅ Identify everyone involved and take lawful action.
✅ Preserve the original video, CCTV footage and witness statements.
✅ Arrange veterinary examination and treatment for the dog.
✅ Investigate whether the attack involved unlawful assembly or rioting.
✅ Other applicable provisions.
TODAY, IT IS A VOICELESS DOG. TOMORROW, WHO COULD BE NEXT?
Animals are not targets for mob violence. Delhi Police, investigate impartially and ensure accountability. NO CRUELTY. NO COVER-UPS. JUSTICE FOR ANIMALS.

✅ Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960: Sections 3 and 11(1)(a), along with other applicable clauses of Section 11.
✅ Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023:
(1) Section 325: The evidence establishes the statutory ingredients relating to culling, poisoning, maiming or rendering an animal useless.
(2) Section 189: Unlawful assembly, if the legal requirements are met.
(3) Section 191: Rioting, if force or violence was used by an unlawful assembly.
(4) Section 190: Liability for offences committed by members of an unlawful assembly in prosecution of its common object, if established.
(5) Section 3(5): Common intention, if supported by evidenche.
(6) Other applicable provisions: To be determined from the video, witness statements, injuries and investigation.
✅ Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960: Sections 3 & 11 - A breach of duty of care or applicable cruelty offences.
